Ordered the $6 American smasher meal and it is incredible. The burger was delicious and the tots were crispy. It was not “small” by any means. I will definitely come back for that burger. As for the service, food came out quickly and all the employees were super friendly. Definitely an excellent Sonic location.

I thought I would give Sonic a try again, the Dill Double looked interesting. I should have known it wasn’t even close to what they advertise, I only got 2 pickles. There wasn’t lettuce on any of ours sandwiches and the double burgers sauce was sloppy all over the buns.
I stopped getting the Cherry lemonade, they are not consistent how they make them.
Once in awhile I like to bring back a happy memory of getting a foot long chili dog. I just wish the taste was as good. It’s just lacking. I ask for mustard and didn’t get any, it barely had chili and I didn’t get ketchup for my tots.

Went there to get breakfast, there was literally one car in the drive thru at 10AM. No other customers. That car was sitting at the window when I was sitting at the light, waited about 3 minutes and got to the drive thru, ordered my food and sat there behind that same guy. Left and went to a different place next to it. I went in and ordered my food, and I got it and was in my car and he was still sitting there. This place is extremely slow. Not the first time this happened. Worst location ever and now I see why I never see any cars there. Will never return to this place. Horrible service.

My advice, if you’re hungry go somewhere else. The Miami township sonic is by far the worse one I have ever been too. When you get your food there’s a high probability that you won’t even get what you ordered but it will be cold. So if you’re thinking about going here, just pick a different fast food place, you’ll thank me later.

This was my daughter and my 1st & last visit to this location because service was extremely slow and the $14 drinks I paid for were DISGUSTING and flat or they weren’t filled! When the girl bought the drinks to us, they weren’t even in the carrier properly and were spilling so everything in our car 2 ended up being sticky! Terrible location!

Speakers are going out so the employee could hardly hear me. Ordered burrito without onions and of course had onions. Honestly would eat elsewhere for more food for your buck. Got the super meat burrito and all they did was add 1 extra piece of bacon… I was hoping it had sausage and bacon but that’s on me for not asking. The burrito was tiny and not very filling for a almost $12 meal.

Paid $5 for a large lemonade and what I got was a giant cup of ice with approximately 7 sips of lemonade floating around in it. Thanks, Sonic — I didn’t know “lemonade” now meant “expensive cup of ice”.

Update: used the contact information I was provided through here and all the did was offer a free burger. That’s not a solution. I told them that wasn’t what I was looking for, I don’t want a payoff burger, I just want my food to be right even just half of the time, I want to receive what I pay for. That’s it. They never responded past offering me a free burger. Probably because it wasn’t a real person, it was an automated response. Why even bother giving me a dead end response to this review?
Order is almost never right. I order here twice a week as I work nearby. For example Every morning I’ll order the ultimate meat burrito and nearly every time there’s no tater tots in it. Maybe 1 out of 5 will actually have everything in it. And it’s not because they’re out because I’ve ordered a side of tots and it still won’t have them in it, but hey at least I paid extra for some on the side. That’s just one thing, I can order a sausage egg and cheese toaster (3 ingredients mind you) and they’ll give me sausage and egg with bread. This time I ordered two different burritos and neither have them. They never answer the phone no matter how many times you call so I guess I’ll leave this here instead. Tired of walking back with my food.

If I could give negative stars i would. They allow their employees to sexually harrass the minors working here. A 17 year was gropped by another employee and nothing was done. They claimed they fired him but he is still employed. The manager said “its just drama” instead of taking this seriously. This place is a joke. Please dont ever let your loved ones work her for their safety. Sexual harassment is not “just drama”. Its a serious issue and should be handled as such. The general manager should be ashamed of themselves and fired. Never in my life have I been more disgusted.
