We had not been there since the new owners took over. We were delighted with the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. We ordered appetizers and salad bar both of which were delicious. The ahi tuna crisps and steamed garlic muscles were amazing! It was a large serving and we chose to use it for our main meal. The salad bar was extensive with 2 soups, spreads and crackers and rolls. Next time maybe an entree …but the appetizer was sooooo good .

Service was really great. Jody, one of the owners, was bartending. Cindy, the other owner, was the host. Our server, Susie, was attentive. The food was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Celebrated my Mom’s 80th birthday at the Torch Lite on Saturday. Every aspect of the evening was great! Awesome bartender, great service and the salad bar and entrees were excellent. Cindy and her staff went the extra mile to make my Mom’s birthday special. We’ll definitely be back!

The Torch Lite definitely provides the quintessential Wisconsin Supper Club experience. Friday night fish fry with a brandy old fashioned, of course! We had the AYCE cod which comes with choice of potato, mini cole slaw, a mini loaf of warm bread served table side, and a trip to the salad bar. And, a lovely salad bar it is, featuring supper club crackers and bread sticks with cheese spread, liver pate spread, garlic toast, pickled beats, and the usual salad fixings. They filled the plate with cod and fries, so after the salad bar most people will be challenged to finish the main entre of fish. I’m not most people, (kind of a beast, if you must know), so I ordered more cod. They delivered seven more pieces, but they are about one third the size of a traditional cod fillet. I, however, enjoyed that aspect, because the smaller pieces are more readily hand held. They don’t fall apart while you dip them in the delicious tartar sauce, for example. The new owners run the place well because the service went very smoothly. It’s more of modern building with high ceilings giving it an open and airy feel. Apparently, the previous owners had a small menagerie of exotic animals out back. We saw a lone camel during our visit. I wouldn’t get too close though… I hear those things can really hump.

Very cute place! Food is great, but service was super slow. It was a little busy, but took 10 minutes after we sat to get drinks, and then almost an hour to get our food. Restaurant is decorated very nicely and staff is friendly!

We sure missed the old owner she was great one time in her white work cloth one of the animals was tangled up in some fencing in back she jumped right in there and grabbed it wrestled with it and got him untangled tossed in some hay and right back into restaurant to restroom probably washed up and right back to hosting and seating people with a smile got me and the wife a drink for letting her know one of her babies were in distress . Now no more animals our meal was just ok salad bar seemed to be missing something clam chowder very salty my wife had steak tips Gorgonzola I myself Liver and onions because she says it stinks up the house when she cooks it at home lol .We’ll good things must come to an end we’re from the valley and my wife loves stopping there when we go through town . This may have been our last. Good luck to the new owners I wish them the best .

Waitress was running, running running. While she was sweet, it was hard to order because she was in such a hurry she kinda ruined the dining experience, ambiance the place should of had and their menu is on the expensive side, although salad bar and soup are included. She also was so rushed, was hard to ask questions as she was already onto her next question of our order and leaving our table before we could finish our sentence. Our food took forever to be served, whereas others were served more quickly…

I have been wanting to try the pasta bar for a long time. Usually, I have a great experience at this place, but not the pasta. There was no pasta bar, but a make your own pasta. I am not usually a complainer, but this was the worst marinara sauce I have ever had, and my friend had an Alfredo that had no flavor. I am not sure if it was a new cook or what. Next time, I will order a steak or prime rib those are always excellent.

Stopped by on recommendation from former employee here. Had the Cod with twice baked potato and some cheese curds. Definitely worth every dollar and the service was Top-Notch!!! We will for sure be coming back again!
