The women who attended me was very aggresive and inmature. I ordered TWO sets of two redhook fish sandwiches, meaning I should have recived FOUR fish sandwiches in total.
I tried to tell the cashier politely that I was missing two sandwiches, but she responded very aggresively asking me why I opened the bag, mind you it was MY bag, it had MY NAME on it. I nicely replied that it was my bag and I wanted to make sure all my food was in it. But she bluntly replied that everything I has ordered was in the bag, even though I had just confirmed that wasn’t true. I tried to explain but she ignored me THREE TIMES. She went to attended another costumer but had to tell her to attend me because even he realized how disrepectuful she was being.
She dosen’t realize that she only has the job thanks to the costumers. It’s likely that the workers discriminate because of how one is dressed but they don’t realize thats because one has just gotten out of work. I’m not sure if I’m the only one but EVERY single time I order something is always wrong with the order. I initally didn’t want to say anything because I know accidents happen but this is the final straw. The disrepectuful behavior show today is unacceptable under any circumstances.

Carl’s Jr. is always a good option for something to eat when you don’t know what to get. I got the buy one, get one for $1, and a large drink ($11.59). I was expecting a small hamburger, but what came out was a really nice juicy hamburger with real lettuce, tomato, and onion inside a sesame seed bun. Usually, you get the little shredded lettuce, but this time it was a nice, big, juicy lettuce leaf, and the fountain drink was not too bad, either. Would recommend heading to Carl’s Jr.

The owner, or manager, or franchise holder, or whoever he was certainly has a right to behave however he feels he must. That being said, the loud, hostile, and angry tone directed at your employees where customers can hear it, shows a lack of self-discipline and professionalism. I only have a small amount of time in a day to sit down and relax and eat something. I will endeavor to find a calmer place to do that next time.
