Currently, this is the only Carl Jr in Hillsboro that is open. Twice we have driven to the other two Hillsboro locations only to find them closed in the middle of the day.

I realize staffing at night is skimpy but the service here was totally unacceptable. After pulling up to the drive thru speaker I was asked to wait a minute. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. I spoke up thinking I had been forgotten only to be asked to wait a moment AGAIN. 3 cars had gotten their food while I was sitting at the speaker. I watched 3 cars back out of line due to the delay in ordering. I also left without ordering since my business didn’t seem to be wanted. I will not use this Carl’s Jr again.

This location has signs up saying drive thru is open 24 hours but every time I drive by it seems to be closed. When I drove by tonight the place was actually lit up so I pulled into the drive thru only to be told they weren’t serving. Not sure what is going on.

Unprofessional and rude staff. We’re laughing and using profane language. They talk about their customers in Spanish and get upset when they understand. Gave me the wrong change and food looks terrible. Nothing as advertised. Manager was alright at escalating down situation.

I’m not sure what is going on with the cook here, but I ordered a breakfast burrito without cheese and received one with cheese after I returned to get it fixed I checked and they still put cheese on the burrito. Although, only a little bit. I have a specific reason I don’t eat cheese since it gives me migraines.
