It’s a rough day in Florida, 38 degrees I accidentally chose in-store pickup for my order instead of drive-thru. When I parked to go into the store I was met at the door by a young lady with my order.#1615. The handoff was quick and I was back in my car and no time not sure how she knew I needed that but thank you.

Went through drive thru around 10:30pm order a medium coffee and 2 apple pies . The drive thru attendant was very friendly. I asked for fresh coffee and was specific on how many cream and sugar I wanted on the side and they actually gave me the exact amount of sugar and creamer putting a smile on my face after a very difficult day .

Your staff didn’t let me use the bathroom when I desperately had to. I said I am active duty military and they couldn’t make an exception apparently. I would understand for them not letting me in but they had a whole family eating a meal right inside of there. And it was even near closing I arrived at 10 o’clock on a Thursday. Unbelievable and appalled from the lack of empathy from the employees

This is the MOST popular, busiest, Mc Donalds that I know about, anywhere in the country. The drive thru traffic extends all the way to the roadway. Busy time is all the time, from early am to really late at night.

I wanted a 50 cent burger but my QR code didn’t work so the worker grabbed a manager for me without me even asking. I pay for my food, sit down, and seconds later hear the manager LOUDLY complain she doesn’t wanna be there and in a mocking voice “oh I want my 50 cent cheeseburger!” Which made me feel bad because I didn’t even ask for a manager. I received my food and it was so peppery and salty it was COMPLETELY inedible. Just threw it away and left because I wasn’t interested in fighting for a 50 cent burger. Huge let down. Rude staff that I suspect deliberately tampered with my burger.
