Solid four stars for getting everything right. Food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Portions are just right and the hot sauce is great. I had the chicken taco salad and the shell was perfect, lettuce fresh and chicken was shredded and generous. Wife love the fresh beef tacos and son had the chili rellano. We were all happy with the food and very reasonable prices. $43 for 3 complete dinners.

The place did not appear to be busy but it took a bit for us to get seated. Once we were seated everything came to us super fast. We ordered margaritas that were so heavy on the sweet and sour that it was hard to even drink. We ordered a cheese crisp to start, it was not cut all the way through so we had to use a fork and knife. We ordered the mini appetizer plate. Everything was so-so. For the high prices, I would expect better quality. Needless to say I am pretty disappointed and won’t be back.

Been coming here for lunch almost weekly for the last couple months. The bartenders are very friendly and attentive. Always have another drink in front of you before you’re finished and needing another. Always asking if you have enough chips and salsa. And I’ve never waited too long for my food. I come here on my work lunch and they always have me in and out to get back to work on time. I love this place.

Date nite out w/ hubbie! First time eating here & it won’t be our last. When we walked in we were sitted immediately and asked if the table location was fine. Our waitress was beyond amazing. The food was delicious & the meat was moist. With very generous portions. The drinks were tasty and it had a kick… Which we loved so much… Parent’s nite off… yes ma’am. Walked out stomachs full and feeling good!!!

Good food. Good people. Clean accessible restrooms on bar side. Tables are weirdly low. Being tall is awkward with the tables. Chips are made fresh and amazing. Salsa is good. But bland. Ask for their hot salsa. Mix it with the regular they provide by default and you will be in love with it. Cheri Pollo burro. Fajitas. Tacos. Enchiladas and rice are good. As I’m sure most of the menu is. Their child’s chicken strips are tasty also. They offer outdoor seating. Bar seating. Tall table seating. They have so many tv’s in the bar area you can watch everything at once.

Had the fried fish taco, a little pricey, but my God, did it taste amazing. They also load up the plate with fillings for the taco so you can portion it out the way you like. Staff was also extremely attentive. Never once did my cup go empty.

Husband and I shared the fajita fundido chicken burrito, tried the spicy devil & macho margaritas. They tasted good and it was spicy! But not very strong or “top shelf”. The burrito was pretty good. The decor was outdated and the booths are in bad shape. Server was attentive.

I’ve been eating in this restaurant for many years and always find the food to be delicious. My favorites are the chili relleno and the Top Shelf chimichanga. We prefer this location as it’s quieter and less busy than the location on 83rd avenue. Their chips and salsa are delicious and the service is very good. They have excellent iced tea. I highly recommend this Top Shelf location!
