I have never been so pleased with a food experience in my entire life. My husband and I are avid Chinese food eaters. We’ve tried just about every restaurant. I went in to Top China and ordered a few different things off the menu that I get from every restaurant and I’m beyond impressed! The food was still hot by the time I finished driving 30 minutes home. The food was absolutely delicious. My new favorite is the Mongolian beef that was given to us extra. It was spicy but delicious! Definitely my new favorite restaurant and will come back again.

The food tasted very bad and smelled bad. As I continued eating I discovered pork in my shrimp fried rice. Rice was over cooked, heavily salted but absolutely no flavor. The pork egg roll was burnt. My daughter’s shrimp lo mein was bland. I couldn’t even finished the meal it was so bad. Not worth the money.

Take out order. I ordered wanton soup – but I was given egg drop soup. I ordered shrimp fried rice – but was given burnt, flavorless brown rice. Not one packet of soy sauce or duck sauce in my takeout bag when I got home. I will not be going back. Do not go to this establishment.

Food was spectacular. The owner, Robert, took very good care of me. This was my first experience ordering from the restaurant. I did an order for delivery of egg drop soup, spring rolls, Moo Goo Gai pan, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, and Chicken Pad Thai. Everything was absolutely delicious. He even makes these delicious fried rice noodles but they are fat and delicious, not like the skinny ones you get at other places that have been sitting around forever. They were hot n fresh. I also ordered 2 sides of chili oil and, man, I’ve never had chili oil this good! If you order it, don’t be fooled cuz this stuff will knock your socks off. Just what I like! So if you order from this place and like the food, like I did, please take the time to give this man and his restaurant a good review. He’s out here trying to make a living just like the rest of us. It’s soooo easy to give a negative review, but how about when someone does a great job preparing food for you? Thank you Robert for such a great spread of food. Next time I’m coming in so I can introduce myself to you and say thank you in person!

The service was prompt, however in the two minutes we sat waiting for our food two cockroaches walked across the floor, a very leisurely stroll I might add, for roaches in broad daylight…. Probably going to their homes for a lunch break also. Anyways I asked the guy to cancel our order, he said they already started and I told him I just saw two roaches walking around and I didn’t want it, he immediately told the cook to stop and refunded me. Service A+, sanitation failing grade, food ? Can’t say really.

I always looked forward to Top China’s food when traveling to Tampa. It used to be really good. The quality has gone downhill. There is no quality anymore. I don’t know if it’s new owners, or what. I do know the food was terrible. The place smells really bad too! If I hadn’t paid before picking up the order, I would have never gotten food from them.

When I first arrived I thought the prices were a little too high. I ordered sesame chicken and Crab Rangoon I was thinking since worth in his bougie side of town the food is gonna be trash lol man this guy threw down in the kitchen this is some of the best sesame chicken I eat and a long time I would’ve gave you a five star but your crab Ragan is trash there’s no crab in the raccoon but that cream cheese was on point #ImpeccableCreamCheeseTriangles Lol
