This may be the worst McDonald’s on earth. Two things make it that way. One, they will get your order wrong. Two, the food they make is undercooked, greasy, disgusting, and absolutely unlike any other McDonald’s on the planet. There’s a bunch of kids in there who apparently have never eaten at McDonald’s anywhere else. Corporate McDonald’s needs to shut this place down. Don’t stop here; go to Norfolk’s McDonald’s or Sioux City’s McDonald’s. If you do go here, don’t get a burger of any kind, they’re smashed, undercooked, greasy, and disgusting.

I ordered through the drive thru tonight, & as soon as I ordered I was greeted with kind words & patience. Then when I went to pay, the man who took my payment noticed a tattoo I have on my wrist & had a very heartfelt conversation with me. I’ve truly NEVER had such a kind & considerate conversation with a complete stranger! & to add to this experience, my food was ready for me at the next window right away & was all fresh & hot!!!

Worst place. Will sit in drive thru for 30 mins. They say that the speaker is bad. But yet they let people sit there every day. I pull up to the windows and nobody answers. It’s McDonald’s food that we all enjoy & have ate growing up, but service really is not the best quality at this location. Staff aren’t the friendliest & mistakes happen quite often with your meal (especially in the drive-thru!) And the ice cream machine is out of order more than it works!! I’d say when we stop there for ice cream , 80% of the time we’re told the machine is down or they don’t have any?? They have recently remodeled & it looks nice, but that’s just looks – I’d be happy with the old settings & better customer service!
