Asked for extra sauce charged for it. 1 sauce in bag. Drink taste like it was stored in a tote for a month couldn’t tell if i was drinkin liquid plastic or what? 20 minute wait to get food and for some reason it was cold when it finally came out. Please bulldoze this location.

This is sincerely the most depressing and disappointing establishment I have ever dined at. Every single time I go something is wrong. Whether the fries are so old they taste and feel like leather, the sauces are forgotten, or the order is just flat out wrong, something is bound to be incorrect. Today they put the most depressing amount of sauce on my sandwich. I hope to god something changes, because this place just emotionally abuses all of its customers.

I ordered on my app and it literally took almost 20 mins to get my food then I didn’t even get everything I ordered. In order to talk to someone I had to shout back behind the counter to even have someone pay attention to me. It was insane.

The service was quick! I asked for some adjustments to be made to my meal, the manager Jesse made sure they were up to par. Jesse even brought the food to our tables and asked if we needed anything further. You don’t get service like this anywhere ! He was great 🙂

Got a $5 meal deal after a long day and sat down to enjoy it. While eating my burger, I noticed something in my mouth that I couldn’t chew. Sure enough I pulled out a fingernail. Immediately threw the food up. Very disappointed in the lack of sanitary precautions and definitely will not be returning.

Worst place. Will sit in drive thru for 30 mins. They say that the speaker is bad. But yet they let people sit there every day. I pull up to the windows and nobody answers.
