The lady here made us wait 10 minutes while she bagged up other subs then made us wait while sleeping the floor and was unapologetic about it as if she didn’t even want the business. I travel all over the country every week and I’ve never come to Love’s that had service as poor as this I don’t even see how she’s employed here. And I worked in hospitality restaurants for 20 years this is pathetic! So much so I’m leaving right now and going to Jack in The box.

I feel bad to say that.. but.. since I am in US (2years) it was first black girls ever that was nice to me. Yeah such a welcoming country, huh? 😀 I am a blond, blue eyes, European accent.. darker girls definitely hate me here.. Usually just act like they don’t see me, never greets me, never say goodbye. Always rude.
But THESE GIRLS were more than nice, they were so lovely & profesional I will remember them.. Sidnetra even did what Subway staff never does,- she checked if my veggie patty is not cold (They many times are). She was really lovely & Tyra too & 3d Latino girl too.

Store closes at 10?
Walked in to get a Togo around 9:35 and the lady who told us it was a long wait because she’s was about to close and she was short $80 lol rude rude rude the place is a joke as soon as we parked the car she was already nodding her head not even a proper greeting.
She’s definitely needs to be replaced.

I’m not sure that my family and I have ever been treated worse. The employees ignored us and other patrons, and the love’s employees were even more rude. Go across the interstate, this place isn’t safe.

The guy working this (super early) morning was so nice I felt compelled to write a review. The husband and I are making a pretty long road trip and had already been on the road for a few hours when we stopped at Loves just before 5AM. Sleep deprived and hangry, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and for some reason said “yes” when the guy asked me if I wanted mayo. I panicked a little thinking “Is mayo on breakfast sandwiches a thing?! Did I just ruin my sandwich?!” The guy was super nice and friendly and assured me that it’s totally normal lol. Anyway, long story short, I thanked him and said goodbye after a short, friendly exchange, but once we were back on the road I found myself thinking “aw, he was really nice, I hope I was nice enough back for him to know I appreciated his kindness and friendly attitude.” I know I keep calling him “the guy,” I’m embarrassed I didn’t get his name. So you, sir, young guy with the tattoos, if you read this, thank you for being a nice person. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Take care.
