The hostess or waitress needs to be better equipped in hospitality. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming, started off with a sullen face and then while serving was throwing the bowls filled with the food around the table, like we were some unwanted guests. This was all without any reason. All through we were polite and puzzled as to why she kept insulting us again and again. The vibe was so hostile and upsetting that we wished we had chosen some other restaurant to spend our money on. She singularly destroyed our dinner with her attitude and rude behavior. I wouldn’t go here again. Food was so so, the chefs were ok. Frankly the waitress ruined the evening for us… overall an extremely unpleasant experience.

Read this review before you order food here. I have ordered from this place before and I will say their food is great but I was so disappointed with this order. I ordered the lunch special which came with miso soup, white rice, with your choice of protein and vegetables. Online the order state that it is $11.45. I paid $23 plus tax for this meal. You let me know if this meal was worth the $23. 3 measles pieces of shrimp and a whole lot of empty space with a few pieces of steak. The next day I went and spoke to the owner to let him know that the online prices were not accurate. An employee met me and told me their prices have went up to accommodate “economy”, okay cool. The owner comes over and disclaims that the online menu is even his and that he did not create that online menu and that menu does not belong to the restaurant. I showed him a picture or my meal and asked him if he thought it was a good deal, and he tried going around the question and told me that what I ordered was the lunch deal and to him it looks acceptable. Never ordering from here again. I told them they should update their online menu to reflect the current prices and left.

This is fillet mignon. An image is worth a thousand words. I wish I could give this place zero starts but that’s not an option.

Used to love coming to this place regularly. On the website it says they’re open until 10, and it’s posted on their windows. About a week ago a friend and I tried to go at 9pm and they said they were closed. We tried again later in the week, showed up at 8pm and we were turned away told they were closed and the chef left. Very disappointed to have wasted two trips in a week. Sad because the food is amazing and that’s why we tried twice in a week to go.

Got yelled at, was told rudely by the cook “go talk to waita… Not my problem” and 30 mins to get anything … And sub-standard food (cheap Chinese food) … If that’s your idea of going out, I wish you all the very best in life.

Totally loved this place. The experience was amazing. Visited during Covid and all safety rules were well followed. Best place in town for Hibachi. Usually has a waitlist on weekends so reservation would be recommended.

It was pretty good for a Japanese Hibachi. It’s in a mall so take that for the atmosphere. It was a bit pricey but acceptable because of the show you got.

The worse service in MA.

Horrible service! The waitress Betty was extremely rude and mean, and got angry on every request we made. She included large tip in the bill which I discounted as she didn’t deserve a penny. Yet, she just robbed us by charging the credit card with much more than we left. Stay away from this terrible place!
