They have top tier customer service! I had an issue with a DoorDash order and they were on the phone with DoorDash trying to resolve it before I even contacted their store. Theresa is absolutely wonderful and takes great care of their customers. My issue was resolved incredibly fast. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I was charged $2.39 for a tiny cup of tap water. Not bottled water, but the kind that comes from pipes from the city that costs 3 cents per gallon. I already bought a cup of coffee from them and a full meal from them. Just about every other restaurant and fast food joint in the world has no problem providing a free cup of water if you order coffee, but not Tim Hortons. What a greedy ripoff!

The drive through worker was very pushy and was being very rude. I would like to look at the menu and see what I want to order and spend MY money on but she was rude and keep rushing me. Tim Horton’s can be a nice breakfast experience…if you’re lucky enough to receive your food as ordered, in one piece, at the proper temperature. I’ve eaten breakfast from this location 3 times—twice by DoorDash, once via the drive thru—and none of those meals would receive a passing grade. However, I kept returning anyway to spend accumulated gift cards.
