Could definitely be doing better. $11.46 for a donut and a breakfast meal – a mediocre wrap, a hard and rubbery hash brown, and gritty/burnt coffee. The glazed donut was good. Add to that, the meal I ordered is around $9 (I think $8.69) and a donut is $1 ($1.50?)- I added syrup to my coffee – but I find it hard to believe coffee syrup is a $1.50-$2 up-charge. Used a credit card and I wasn’t given a receipt nor asked if I wanted one. Very disappointing.

Every single time we go in to this place (even when not busy at all) they always screw up our order. On top of that, the food is never fresh. It is ALWAYS cold. Even if you get a hot sandwich from there it is cold.

Wonderful!! I came in to do some homework. 1st I wasn’t at expecting to be served by the cashier but she brought out our drinks, we stayed until the dining room close and we Ordered coffee to go. Sierra added her little touch to our cold brews. This actually made very happy. it was simple cute surprise… I loved it. Great Job Tim Hortons you have a great staff!!

This is horible none of my order was right. My bagels were supposed to be toasted with extra cream cheese. There was one little thing of cream cheese on it. They were not toasted very disappointed.

Brand new cashier today. I had no idea, till someone had to teach him how to re-open the register. He was polite, professional and pleasant. It makes a difference when the staff is happy and enjoys providing good service and a product they like.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. No donuts. Horribly Slow service. Grilled cheese panini was cold with cold unmelted cheese and untoasted bread. Everything bagel with egg and cheese was cold.
