The other worker there was very respectful, though i could tell he was stressed out dur to his coworker and forgot about the drinks, which isnt his fault.
Waited in line for roughly 30 minutes before even being acknowledged.
They don’t know what the Reese’s cookie is, tell me they have it. Then give me an M&M based cookie and claim that its the Reese’s cookie. When I point that out, they refer to a sign that says “made with Reese’s” instead of acknowledging that the Reese’s peanut butter cups is what the Reese’s cookie is. They throw a fit when I ask for a refund for lying to me, giving me the wrong cookie and then trying to gaslight me.
For some weird reason, they gave me a refund in cash when my original payment method was in card
A little surprised to hear that they are out of so many different types of bagels as well
Avoid this location at all costs.
The first time I had an issue, I ordered my usual breakfast wrap around 8 a.m. and was told they didn’t have any eggs prepared yet and that I’d either have to wait 10 minutes or go somewhere else. I decided to wait, and oddly enough, my food came out just two minutes later. As someone who’s worked in the food industry, I found that strange..shouldn’t prep be done before opening to avoid things like this?
Another time, I stopped by for lunch and was told they didn’t have any thawed chicken, mind you, chicken is in almost every lunch item. Again, it made me wonder, why isn’t anyone prepping for lunch ahead of time?
Most recently, I ordered a breakfast wrap for myself and one for my husband. I asked for the sauce on the side because it had been missing last time. They told him no, that the sauce was already in the wrap. On top of that, there were no hash browns inside because it was “close to 11” and apparently they stop making them before then. Why not prep a few more hash browns to get through the breakfast rush instead of just cutting it off early? Or at least have a substitute like extra egg or meat? Paying $6 for a wrap with one egg and two small pieces of bacon just isn’t worth it.
Honestly, the customer service here is awful. The staff comes across as lazy, dismissive, and downright rude. I’ve given this place more than enough chances, and I’m officially done
1.) Dozen donuts were two donuts short.
2.) Asked for Boston cremes and other specifics in multiple, received 1 Boston crème only.
3.) Ordered 20 TimBits and asked for a majority of Peppermint and received ZERO peppermint timbits.
4.) Attempted to order my dozen donuts with the new Christmas donut, was instructed that I had to buy them separately, so I asked for 4 Christmas cookies and was told there was none.
Icing on the cake here was when I called and asked to speak to a manager. I overheard in the background someone say “you just want me to hang up on him?” As I had waited for the manager. I then called back again and the phone was hung up on instantly, I called back a third time and the same thing happened. The fourth phone call someone answered and asked me to hold when I asked for a manager and hung up on me again.
This location should be turned into a “Rage Room” because it makes you want to bash out every single window on the property when you get home and realize NOTHING of what you ordered is accurate.
You’ve been warned…
