Have been getting coffee and donuts every week after church, placing mobile orders, and going through the drive-through since it’s drive-through only; assuming not enough staff/business for the lobby to be open. Staff is super friendly and patient.

Says they close at 2, then there’s a paper saying they close at 12 “until further notice” taped all around the building. “Drive thru only” as well. I show up at 10AM and they’re closed. What’s going on guys? I love Tim Hortons fr but this one is just…capital J-A-N-K.

Really like their coffee. Today stopped by around 1:12pm nobody in line in the drive up. Appeared to be no cars in the parking lot except a couple employee cars. Waited at the menu board for someone to acknowledge me till 1:16pm and decided to go down the road to Dunkin Donuts. Not going there for a while seems like customer service is lacking.

Whoever runs this place doesn’t give a heck..I enjoy and prefer Tim Hortons but between the staff just being rude and wanting to socialize with each other and the limited hours..It’s ridiculous. Won’t be surprised if this place closes down in the next year. SMH. Not to mention getting my order wrong 4 times making me late for work because they just want to joke around with each other.

Employees are good, its slower then most Timmy’s are. But the general manager need to get there self together no reason lunch food should be running out before lunch time, and not have backup for the rush. Its a every day thing and sucks when u go there on lunch time and they out of food already

Been to Tim Hortons 4 times so far in July and 3 of the times in 1 wk as easy to get served and coffee and food good tho limited but bathrooms uncleaned. NO TOILET PAPER, STUFF ON FLOOR, TOILETS dirty
