TERRIBLE! Ordered through app to pick up in drive thru. Drive thru was blocked off. Had to go inside when I’m not very able

Management needs to work on training people properly. Went to get my food in drive through, as soon as they opened the window they was smell of weed. Plus they dont even reply back properly. Who knows is they need to check the food or fda needs to get involved. Employees were yelling and playing inside and cars were waiting in the queue for more than 15 minutes. Needs proper employees and management needs to train them on how to talk.

I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell location today. What should have been a quick lunch run turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me questioning why I even bothered.

Ridiculously Long Wait Times
The drive-thru was practically empty – just one car ahead of me with a single person inside. I figured I’d be in and out in five minutes max. Boy, was I wrong. I sat there for a mind-numbing 20 minutes just to get my order. Twenty minutes! For fast food! There was literally one person ahead of me, and somehow the staff managed to turn what should have been a simple transaction into an eternity of waiting. I watched other cars pull up behind me and leave because even they could see this was taking way too long.

Completely Botched Order
After finally getting my food, I drove away relieved to be done with this nightmare, only to discover they had completely messed up my order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla – a pretty straightforward menu item – and received what was essentially just a cheese quesadilla. No chicken whatsoever. How do you forget the main ingredient? It’s literally in the name of the item!

Overall Disaster
This location clearly has serious management and training issues. The combination of inexplicably slow service and basic order accuracy problems makes this place completely unreliable. I understand that fast food workers deal with a lot, but 20 minutes for one car ahead of me and missing the primary ingredient in my food is simply unacceptable.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others save themselves the time and frustration by going literally anywhere else. There are plenty of other fast food options that can actually deliver food in a reasonable timeframe with the correct ingredients included.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

P.s. – all of this was written while I’ve waited for the food. Also, staff was having so much fun that I could hear it outside of the building.

It was 40 minutes long wait.

According to worker: “we had Uber eats orders” when the guy was super high.

I waited well over an hour for my food…there was only 4 cars ahead of me. Only one person was working there. Someone please get their grandpa out of the taco bell kitchen and into a nursing home. Legitimately felt bad for him because he was the only dude working the whole night. Genuinely horrible experience and if you are reading this please spend your money elsewhere…it’s not worth it

Took 45 minutes to receive my mobile order, an employee told myself and another gentleman that we had to tell them we were there for a mobile order so that they can start making it. My food was all smashed when I eventually got it (pic included). Everyone inside was waiting 30+ minutes. They lost someone else’s order. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any taco bell.

I forgot to get her name but the lady working BY HERSELF at 9am on Friday, January 9th deserves a huge raise! She made the best food I’ve ever had at any taco bell and she was extremely sweet and had the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced. GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews. This is the 3rd time i’ve waited 30 minutes in line. You can’t get out of the drive thru because there are curbs on either side so if you’re in a hurry, don’t come here. I totally understand staffing and I myself work in retail but the line did not move this time. I only order 1 burrito, on occasion a taco. This is what i’ve gotten the past 2 times, lukewarm and the sauce is on the outside of the food, food stuck to the wrapper so the tortilla falls apart when i open it, and absolute mush that you’d have to eat with a spoon.

these photos are 2 seperate visits, so bad i was compelled to take a photo both times. I would literally rather wait 5 more minutes and get food that’s not like this. The wait time is inconvenient, but not why i’m complaining. I’m willing to wait. but at least put the sauce IN the burrito I won’t come to this location anymore. The only reason i have 2 stars is because the girl at the drive thru is always so nice, even though people are probably mean from the wait time.

Edit Jan 2026: Friend brought over some of the new specials, they were great. Ill raise one star every time they get something right and take one away when its garbage.

3 Months ago:
Beef burrito has no beef. Cheesy rice and bean burrito has no rice (literally not a grain). Crunchwrap supreme is soft lettuce and tomato filled disaster (the worst offender of all). You will not like any of the food here. Also 25+ minute pickup time from the app. Place is a disaster. Oh yeah this is the third time straight, we thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt but nope. Going to a different location from here on our

Every time i come here the wait times are so so long, there really is no reason to have 30+ minute wait times during a normal time of day. also the workers do not have good attitude most of the time. as someone who works in food service i personally feel this is unacceptable and management should be doing something.
