I went for the 1st time last week on a Thursdays. It wasn’t packed at all and the service was great. The selection was 4 styles but you can still make it your own. It was a little pricey for 2 ppl we both got soups, drinks and 2 pounds of shrimp and with tip I spent $60 for my party 120 total. I do recommend getting just 1 pound of your own bag with the items.

Took my sister out to eat. Its my job to review though so I did both… here is my review on “The Wild Crab.” First off… I came in and the place looked stetchy; Graffiti everywhere! And not any good kind either. I’m not sure if the place got vandalized or if they wanted to try something different. There is no greeter, you just walk in and sign up. Wait was relatively short considering the place was packed. The tables are covered with wax paper and everything is dumped on there. Our waiter was nice and took our order quickly. The environment was dim and noisy, but conversations can still be heard. We ordered Crawfish and Shrimp mild hot and a side of medium spice to try it. (Side note, none where spicy at all for my taste.) They bring they in bags with potato and sausage bits in them, a side of salt mixed with pepper and limes. I DID NOT LIKE THE QUALITY OF SHRIMP. The shrimp looked like you could go to any street cover market and buy them. They had a bland taste and small line of gunk throughout their spine…… if you know shrimp.. you know what that is. The crawfish (not a fan) was tasteless and could have been better. Out of 10 i would gice the food a solid 7. The only thing i really liked was the potato sausage and corn bits in the mix. Wouldn’t go back to this place personally. There are WAY better spots even though they may be more expensive. I always live by, you get what you pay for. As always though, i say this was MY experience. Go and experience it yourself.

I went with a friend and we had high expectations but was sadly disappointed due to the quality of the food and a little bit of the service. We both ordered the special pasta dishes from the menu which looked good but wasn’t expecting it to be present on paper plates and given plastic utensils. The food was oily, slightly blaned, and lightweight looked upappetizing. Then gave us tiny Togo boxes that barely fit our dishes in and I had to walk up to give them my check and pay. The only thing that was decent was the fried calamari and the somewhat decent service from a few of the servers.

Tried this restaurant a few times before and had a decent experience. Today I decided to try the crawfish. Had 2 lbs of crawfish (19.99/lbs) and 1 lbs of shrimp, chicken wings, and fries. The bill came out to $85. Wings were decent, fries were unevenly and over-seasoned. Crawfish was not fresh or live, contrary to what they said. When my partner and I peeled the crawfish, it fell apart and didn’t slide out smoothly. Major difference from other crawfish places and from the frozen crawfish from Ralph’s I have gotten. The crawfish was also a darker black color, like it has gone bad. I politely brought it up with the manager and they didn’t do anything to make it right. He told me that it was live crawfish, and that he even had the receipt from buying it. I beg to differ. Food was subpar. When I went there were only 3-4 other parties in the huge restaurant. I wonder why. This place is going downhill unless they find the decency to serve customers fresh food. With the soaring food prices and so many better options out there, definitely try other places.

First time seeing this place. I’m in hotel right across the street. I ordered one pound of snow crab to go. I wasn’t that impressed when I first pulled the plastic bag out of the paper bag. But then I ripped open the plastic bag and the aroma hit me. (they also give you the big wax paper sheet folded up in your bag. They put those on the table in the restaurant I’m guessing, to avoid a mess. Smooth move I must say.

This is a great crawfish place with many similar restaurants in Orange County. The price and the food selections are similar to others but the quality if crawfish and services are great. There not many parking spaces right in front of the restaurant but you can park at another parking lot behind and walk over.

Been coming here twice in a month. It’s the frozen season for crawfish but their crawfish are big, juicy and yummy for being frozen. Our family loves their Cajun garlic butter seasoning. I am loving them again. Strongly recommended.
