Food is wonderful. Best tasting burgers you will not find anywhere else. Great customer service, wait time is not bad at all especially if you take into consideration you order a steak, it takes time to cook to perfection.. I highly recommend this restuarant if you are tired of the plain old Jane food you normally find, everything is seasoned perfectly and taste amazing.. homemade cheesecake available every day, and great wait staff really makes a difference.

Do not recommend eating here unless you have 1-2 hours to wait for your food. That’s after you have waited 20 minutes to have your order taken. The wait staff is inexperienced and don’t tend to their tables very well. Appetizer don’t come out until the rest of the food is ready. Their burgers are dry and their steaks aren’t ever cooked the way you want them. This place claims to have homemade recipes and fresh food but in reality most of it is Frozen or comes out of a bag. I have a friend who works their and said they had a bag of rolls with mold on them and the owner just picked the best ones out the bag that night. The owner Tracy Shelton is a real rip of a lady and many people in this town have discovered she isn’t the sweet southern lady she presents herself as. She acts out of emotion qnd fires her employees without giving them notice of write ups or violations. She will change time card hours and mess with people’s scheduled hours if she is mad at them. She screws people over to put it short. She and her husband get drunk at the bar every night and drink on the job pretty much all day and let some of their cook staff do the same. This place is just very unprofessional and going down hill fast under her management.

Nice Clean bar restaurant. Drinks are a little high from what we see in Lincoln area. I thought they would be cheaper in smaller town like this. But it’s the only bar around so. They need some serious help for large groups. I had reservation for 18 people. They did have several other large groups and it was busy. The wait staff seemed new or not trained well. It was not organized. They are trying at least, but need some serious help. I would suggest having all entrees come with salad bar, rather than have side salads with the prime rib, that would free up wait staff to work on the main entree. Plus people can eat on their salad bar while waiting, makes time fly and people are full. If they take half their prime rib home, then the price doesn’t seem so high, if you can get two meals out of it. Do not have your waitress off “doubles” for drinks, just pour a good drink and leave it a lone. When you charge for a double people from out of town don’t always understand what you are saying. The waitresses did good, but they need to communicate more. Biggest thing is i would just use salad bar that would help you out a lot more, people would get full and keep them busy while you are getting main meal ready. We had a couple people in our group complain about the food and they did accommodate them, a little.

Went on a Saturday as a group of 6. Arrived at 5:45 and it was not busy – maybe 4 other tables. Service was super slow even just for drinks. Had to ask for silverware and refills. Waited almost 2 hours for our food to arrive to be told that they were out of the prime rib (which was the Saturday night special) and 2 of our people ordered. We never did get our food and left after 2 hours hungry. Never ever again.

Bad service and the waitresses need to step up their game along with more training, they also need to not just take people’s drink when they are half full when they ask for another one. They need to have smiles and look happy. They need to pay attention to what others order and make sure they remember what table ordered what because I got another tables food and then got our actual appetizers

If you could rate zero stars, that is what I would rate this establishment. I walked in, not even greeted, and quietly sat down at the tables there. Next it takes about 10-15 minutes to get the attention of a waitress and another 10-15 minutes to order. There’s a problem when a group orders meals and I order fryer food of all things! It’s even more ridiculous when the the fryer food is packed up in a to-go box and I have to take it home to eat it. When it takes this long to get FRYER FOOD, there is something wrong with the establishment and management. I am paying for that service to have the process of my food making it to me on time when I ordered at the same time as my group. It’s sad that it had to be fryer food that was forgotten, for fryer food should of been a breeze to make and get out to the customer.

Great clean place great service had the lunch special it was a good burger the owner was nice lady waited on us as good as it gets. If you are near Curtis, Ne stop on in you will enjoy.
