First of all let’s start off with their nasty attitude in the afternoon shift, then every time I or my wife orders the corn or another side large they give us three small ones claiming and equals to A large. I have tried contacting the company they won’t respond at all not to mention when I order through Uber Eats, making sure to tell them that in my house there’s someone allergic to spicy food they still send us spicy food, and then when we ask and pay for the sauces they do not give us any sauces that we paid for at all. The cleveland church’s chicken in is the worst. I went 2 days in a row and ask for smoke house chicken. 1day around 3 in the evening and they were waiting on the smoke house to unthaw. The next day they said none was available. How much more does a customer has to take. Im not going back.

The only reason why they get two stars is because staff were friendly. However this was the worst churches chicken my family and I have ever eaten. Under cooked, breaded improperly, biscuit was dry. Mississippi step it up!
