My recent visit to a local Subway restaurant left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I encountered a significant issue that raised concerns about food safety and preparation practices.

Initially, the sandwich I ordered was quite enjoyable. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors blended well together. The bread was soft, and the vegetables were crisp, which is what I have come to expect from Subway. However, this positive experience took a turn for the worse towards the end of my meal.

As I took my final bite of the sandwich, I felt something unusual in my mouth. Upon inspection, I discovered a piece of sharp material that appeared to be plastic or some other hard substance, approximately an inch long. This discovery was alarming and completely overshadowed the enjoyment I had experienced while eating.

Finding foreign objects in food is not just unpleasant; it raises serious concerns about food safety standards in place at the establishment. Such incidents can pose health risks to customers, including potential injuries from sharp objects or contamination from materials that should not be ingested. It is crucial for restaurants, especially those serving food directly to consumers like Subway, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality control during food preparation.

In light of this experience, it is clear that Subway needs to enhance its food preparation protocols. Implementing stricter quality checks and training staff on proper handling techniques could help prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, regular inspections of kitchen equipment and utensils should be conducted to ensure no foreign materials are present in food items served to customers.

While my initial experience at Subway was positive due to the taste and freshness of the ingredients, finding a piece of plastic in my sandwich has left me hesitant about returning. It is imperative for restaurants to prioritize customer safety by ensuring their food is free from contaminants or foreign objects.

I ordered 2 ft long tuna subs on UberEats and just got them. And holy crap. Whoever made my food made it with love. I added a comment to add extra vinegar and they did but they layered the sandwich perfectly. Ive been eating Subway for decades and this is the best freaking tuna sandwich ive ever had. Whoever made these deserves a raise – not even kidding. Wish I was closeby to tip you personally. So good. Thank you!

There is a clear lack of coordination and communication. The oldest worker that was making our sandwiches was told to do stuff for the other two that were there but was never helped with the sandwiches she making. She was also the only one making the sandwiches for the arriving customers and when the other two that were making sandwiches they were reaching over our sandwiches barely brushing over the food multiple times. Hopefully in my next visit, there is a person stationed in each portion of the counter passing the sandwiches off to the next like in other subways. By the time I arrived there was one person already at the register paying and one person waiting to start their order and then I was next. For essentially one person queue it took 30minutes to leave the store and when I did leave, there were five or more people that came in waiting their turn.

4.5 stars. Because there’s always room for improvement. Long line to say the least. It’s in a busy environment. One of the three employees gets the most and the best of my comments. She is pretty energetic, works fast without any apparent difficulty. The other two, I noted that although they could have taken over and assist the white lady working faster, they chose not to, Instead took another customer to go at their own pace. That’s not team work. The lady working faster seemed to be getting the majority of the customers. Perhaps if the other two picked up the pace, the line wouldn’t have been as long… (The likelihood)

Subway is your go-to alternative fast food place that you can almost feel guilt free to eat. I enjoy the friendly customer service, the prompt response and attention to detail servers. I appreciate that when I ask for extras, like double jalapenos or onions, the servers will do it without hesitation. I sometimes eat late and I find the eating area clean, quiet, and filled with the aroma of baking bread. Excellent work. Do eat fresh.

Food was fine. When I asked for sourdough bread, The chick behind the counter asked me if I could see the sign in the corner. I said yes. She asked if it listed sourdough? Just, super rude the entire time I was ordering. I get it, food service sucks, but try to still treat people with kindness.

Nationwide 10-12 free sandwich!
At 10:52 a.m. they stopped the promotion. The girls alleged that it was only for the first 50! They have a mean attitude there was people already making the line for more that 15 minutes and they decided the free sandwich! Definitely do not visit this place!
