Stopped by to grab some chicken salad for dinner and ended up getting a meatball sub too. I asked for it toasted, but was a bit disappointed to learn they don’t toast their subs. The staff was
friendly, though, and the place could really use a bit of a makeover. The chicken salad was tasty and we enjoyed it. I’d go back again great food at a good price. Take out only.

Finally got to experience the delicious chicken salad sub- a rec from chew on this fb group:). I literally drove 20 mins during my toddlers nap this wkd for the craving and it was so worth it!! I also got a container and small rolls to replicate at home and my husband looked at me like I was nuts when I made a d&g sub for breakfast at 8am :). That’s how good it is!!!

For a few households, I ordered 16 lbs of chicken salad and finger rolls and a Greek salad. I ordered 2 days ahead so I wouldn’t go in and unexpectedly take so much inventory from their refrigerated case and bread shelves. I parked on the side street beside them. Everything was ready on time. They are insanely busy but work quickly and pleasantly and folks are in and out. Staff even offered to assist with bringing everything out to the car. As always, chicken salad is perfect, finger rolls are fresh and good, salad was fresh with plenty of dressing on the side. Thank you-this provided a treat for many 🙂 JT

Always delish! No dine-in, but otherwise terrific. The “best chicken salad” claim may be a bit of hyperbole- but it is good. I really like the sauce they use for their meatballs.

D&G deli has the best chicken salad, seafood salad, potato salad, tortellini salad, soups, and more! They have excellent deli meats, rolls and will make sandwiches as well. There are Italian cookies also. I haven’t tried everything but what I have is amazing. Highly recommended!
