Absolutely delicious food, serving incredibly unique dishes I haven’t seen anywhere else. Our group all had various 4-course prix fixe combinations and everyone was impressed with their meals. Perfectly crafted and well-developed flavors carried us through the perfect evening. I’ve always been a bit hesitant with sardines, they were one of those things I tried as a child and haven’t ever really managed to get a taste for. But the preparation from The TRAP has honestly made me second guess myself. I was truly in awe.

Alec & Lindsay are truly great, as is both their dining establishments. I first fell under their charms when they opened Grow. Coming from Chicago they have what it takes to make a restaurant thrive. The food, the service, and the ambiance all marry perfectly together and only get better with age. The Trap, the newest of their two places, is like Grow, unique and well thought out. They are offering a menu that no one in this area is. Lindsay is a master of flavor in the kitchen and everything she puts on a plate is magic. Alec has curated a wine menu specific to the Loire Valley that is unmatched and is delightful table side. I am happy to have met these two and to have enjoyed their passions for the last six years. I highly recommend you dine with them both for brunch and dinner!

The flavors here were amazing. Definitely the most interesting and satisfying meal I had in my short visit to Saugatuck. The nachos and charcuterie (included white fish dip!) are a must-try.

This place is amazing. They use fresh, delicious ingredients. The service is top notch as well, I felt weird not leaving a tip (this place is tipless, as they pay all employees a living wage)

Super tasty meal and drinks and friendly service. Easy to make dishes vegan. We shared the nachos, veggie pita, and potatoes. Everything was 10+/10! We love gratuity free dining and are happy to pay for great food and service “up front”.

Cozy and delicious Mediterranean restaurant in Saugatuck! We walked in on a rainy Saturday and were told it would be about a 2-hour wait (there are only a few tables inside and limited same day reservations online) but the host gave us a call early and said a table had cleared up and was able to seat us. Delicious beet hummus, mezze, and falafel. Get the prix fixe menu for two for the best bang for your buck. The lamb meatballs were absolutely delicious! Looking forward to coming back!

A truly wonderful dinner experience! We came across this restaurant at the recommendation of one of the bartenders at New Holland Brewing and decided to check it out. The food was outstanding! Highly recommend the falafel, broccoli couscous and the mango prosciutto flat bread. The falafel is the best my fiancée and I have had in the states. Alek the owner and his wife, the chef, have created a special spot in Saugatuk.
