Quaint bar / restaurant, with emphasis on amazing food. Menu is diverse, but cohesive at the same time. Flavors were perfect and new to us on several things. We had the Ahi tacos, clams, BLT salad, and the mushrooms. Mushrooms are a must. $8 for a side of heaven. Clams were a great match. Ahi tacos were super, and the green salsa rocked. BLT salad was an amazing mixture of tastes, and was super. Croutons were amazing to dip in the clam broth.

It was a happy hour end-of-the-work-week “brah” night out. As an NKOTB, I had no clue where to go, so Braddah Sly was like a guru guide and we ended up at The Temple Bar.

Amazing experience and even better food. Bar tender was so great he made us amazing drinks all night. Cassava side, mushroom side both were so delicious and the garlic shrimp and ribeye carpaccio were fantastic. The whole night was fantastic!

Had a wonderful experience here at Temple Bar. We just loved their food and tried almost all types of seafood including their Garlic Prawns with fried Rice, Ahi Carpaccio, Ceviche, Pork Belly poke, Belgian Mussels and Kumamoto Oysters.

Great experience from atmosphere to service to food! The tacos were amazing – I had the carnitas with avocado. The salsa had a light smokey flavor that I really liked. I also had the fried rice which tasted as good as it looks! I will definitely go back the next time I am on the big island.

This place is incredible. I’m visiting from a place known for its food and drink scene and this place was on par if not better than home. I’m blown away by this hidden gem. Food and cocktails are incredible. We got multiple dishes and shared family style and each was better than the last. The service is so friendly and fast. Don’t miss this place, you won’t be disappointed.
