I usually never leave reviews on google but ordered Cold Stone tonight for my family as a little treat and to keep cool during the weather today, ordered through the app for the first time and got an email about new workers and the rush that usually happens around this time, which I understand, when myself and my brother arrived to the store we walked inside and waited patiently for some help, a young girl came over and asked if we were there for a door dash, I said no and started to try and explain that we were there for an online pickup, she rudely cut me off and raised her voice saying “okay what’s the name?” I was a bit taken back but brushed it off, I understand getting mad, she grabbed our ice cream and shakes in a rush and dropped them on the counter, didn’t say anything and then walked away. I was very disappointed in the experience and even more disappointed when I got to my car and realized my two shakes were covered with regular scotch tape over the lid. Probably won’t be ordering from Cold Stone again for a while, very disappointed.

Tonight was sweet, and that means Cold Stone Creamery, service was slow but worth the wait as the lines were long, online ordering was high, and the process of making each order is tedious, ice cream needed to be frozen colder as it was runny by the time it was mixed and served, lots of choices for ice cream (which is made fresh daily) as well even more choices for mix-in, online ordering is available for pick up and skipping the lines, orders online ready in about 20 minutes, personal observation is prices online appear more expensive versus in person, no taste samples due to Covid as well as no eating in, all staff are wearing masks with contact less delivery of orders in shop. Will definitely be coming back when the need for sweet treats is needed!

I did an online order for pick up. Employees did a fantastic job making the creation and even had it done early! I looked at my receipt and I had paid for a gotta have it but only received a love it size. The employees told me the manager store policy is that they could not refund me the difference or give me the additional ice cream that was missing from
My order. This is honestly one of the absolutely worst customer service policies. Whoever manages this place clearly wants their employees to fail. Extremely disappointed that I was ripped off and that the team members told me bc I left and came back there was nothing that could be done. It’s a to go order….it should be correct the first time and if it isn’t make it right or give your employees a way to solve the issue.

Good, but always a mess. Their containers need an upgrade and size adjustment. Ice cream always leaking out of the top edges and half melted even if you order pickup and get there in perfect time. Time for a makeover, Cold Stone.

Ice cream was good around 25$ for 2 medium and one small cup, cleanliness isn’t the best; dirty floors, dirty vents and ceilings over the ice cream area. Overall a good experience just prefer to see clean area where my food is prepared

Chloe made the best ice cream I’ve ever had for my child and I, and Jared’s warmth and positive attitude was a joy to be around. Chloe made me an apple pie ice cream mix, I don’t remember the name, and it exceeded my expectations. Real apple, pie crust crumbs, in a delicious waffle cone bowl. A large is enough to feed 2 hungry people. At Coldstone, they know ice cream. They must have gone to school and studied ice cream. I will be back to try every flavor.
