My friend who is a senior citizen. Famished, she went to order a bacon cheeseburger and french fries. The tab came out to $30! Mind you, she did not order a drink. The HAMBURGER was $17. Please tell me it was grass fed beef. The cheese was extra and the bacon I understand. There are still natives who live here. The entire town is not gentrified. I am appalled for my friend on a fixed income. I will not eat here ever. I thank God there are still decent owners in this neighborhood. Asked for the owner and of course he’s on vacation. I’m not surprised at those prices, I’m sure they’re swimming in it! Yall should b ashamed!

Always good service and great food. Their veggie burger is delicious and was once featured on Guy Fieri’s show….I wish the fries came with the burger, but you gotta order it separately. They are bit on the pricey side in my opinion and their mixed drink selection isn’t that grand. Overall, the quality of the food is great and that’s what always brings me back there.

Great, low key place. The food was more delicious than you’d expect, the vibe was great, busy with a low volume so you could talk. Waitress and bartender were both super personable, made recommendations and conversation.

Hellloooo BRUNCH. Deliciousness. Chef Eric and the staff are on top of the game. Get a bloody Mary or Maria – Alice makes a fresh ingredient mix. Try the egg and Brie sandwich and pork belly with chimichurri sauce

This is an awesome bar and grill! It’s nestled in an off-the-beaten-path part of Astoria. The old wood bar is gorgeous. The beer selection is pretty good. The food menu is great!. There are so many good choices. The bartenders are professional and affable. The clientele is awesome. Your neighborhood folk frequent this place. You will enjoy it. Give it a try if you never have.

This is my favorite bar in NYC. I used to live closer and when I did, it was truly like a second living room. I go less frequently now that I live a bit further, but it remains the kind of place I’ll trek to. Amazing family of staff, fair prices, delicious food and good beer/wine selection. Cheers.
