Holy cow. Let me tell you I have searched Tallahassee for a good restaurant. That has proper service, great prices on their food, in the food is properly portioned. I drove 15 mi to try woodchuck Cafe. As of now it is one of my favorite places to go for a burger. The burger is properly huge and they give you enough fries. This plate is definitely worth $15.

Woodchuck Café never misses! I visit often because the food is that good—so good, I’ve literally kicked my shoes off and swung my feet under the table. Their breakfast special with pancakes, two eggs, sausage, and bacon is always a hit!

Took a chance driving through the area and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken on my salad was nicely seasoned and freshly made, warm. Hubby’s omelette was very good. Place was clean, wait staff very friendly and attentive.

Everything lacks and Needs seasoning badly. The sausage gravy, definitely the grits, the only thing that was acceptable with the breakfast potatoes. Nice People And I get the hole in the wall concept. The food is just so regrettable especially for $34 for two breakfast meals so I was really wanting and needing and expecting to actually be able to taste it. I’ve never eaten a spoonful of cheese grits and tasted absolutely nothing. I was amazed. I spent five dollars for a pecan sweet potato pancake, but got no syrup and I don’t wanna complain but based on the super high reviews, I thought I was going to be blown away.

Staff took great care of us. Their food truck was delayed, so some of the menu items were not available. I understand this happens, and I will not fault them for it.
Can easily be missed from the street as it is connected to a gas station.
