Three kiosks at the entrance, or customers can order through BurgerKing’s smartphone application. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Artistic decorations, even if mass produced. Ample parking and there is a drive-through lane.

Walk in order at the Batavia New burger king. Stepped up the counter and made my order #2 whopper. Cashier ( young man with piercings in his face) asked if I wanted the Texas style. I replied no just the double whopper meal please. My son placed his order double meal deal and he gave me a total. I paid. But only one cup. I asked him about another cup and noticed he only rang me up for the sandwich. I ordered the meal. He turned and approached what I assumed was the manager ( never said) ( short mid age women

It’s quick & easy when you’re in a rush or don’t feel like cooking. Drive thru never takes long. The new location is nice but the dinning room area just doesn’t feel as welcoming as the old location so I just can never sit in there & eat. It feels cold & empty

I order frequently from here and every single time I don’t get everything in my order. I have had it with the night crew. They never get the order right and always miss items. I order a lot for the whole family so I am not able to check the bag before I leave because they shove them all into 1 bag. It’s nonstop I have to get on with support because the order is wrong or missing items. I never have this issue with other burger kings. You need to do better.

The food was fine, when we finally got it. We waited over 20 minutes at an off time. There was a doordash guy that got his order after 35 minutes. They were not that busy. There was MAYBE 10 people that came in while I waited.
