My daughter and I were in Redland for our haircut appointments. Afterwards we were looking for a place to eat lunch. She wanted fish and chips. I got on the YELP app and it shows several local restaurants. Glad we pick this place. Great food, great service, place is clean, great atmosphere and with a lunch special for $13.00. Also, I might add about the woman bathroom I asked the waitress why is the wall is all cover in the ❤️ art graffiti?

Cool spit to grab some appetizers and a cold drink. I’ve been here a couple of times in the past. But I recently went and was awed at the remodel. They definitely spruced up the place. But I like the dim setting and the buzz. Stop by and grab a black and tan or a nice cold Guiness.

I’ve been going to the royal falconer for years. Mostly in riverside before they shut down but I’ve been to the one in redlands a ton too. I ALWAYS order the bangers and mash and it is always delicious. The last 2 times I’ve gone though, it’s been bad. This last time has been the worst. The banger they gave me looked like it have mange and was so dried out it wasn’t edible, the mash had zero flavor, and the veggies were burned around the edges. I don’t know what’s happened, but this is NOT the Falconer that I know and love. We ended up leaving and eating down the road.

Always wanted to visit this place. The fried mushrooms were the best I’ve ever had. Cold Guinness on tap for me, and cold Cali Creamin on nitro for the missus. Perfect.
