Wonderful environment, great food. Friendly service. They took a while on a not so busy day. They ran out of salad that we ordered and were brought soup instead which my daughter couldn’t eat. We were told they would bring it out when it was ready but it never came. The manager was nice. Overall it was delicious but a little pricey for not getting what we ordered and even if we had. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back too. The cheese bread was heavenly!

It’s… all right. We were told it was an amazingly fantastic place, but the food was OK (kind of bland, to be honest) and the atmosphere was… all right. Service was good, but overall, it wasn’t anything to write home about… Olive Garden’s food was better, and the Old Spaghetti Warehouse had more interesting decor. Don’t go there expecting a mind-blowing experience, and you’ll be fine…

It had been years since we went to The Old Spaghetti Factory. The inside is very reminiscent of the one located on Central in Phoenix. The menu is smaller than I had remembered, but things have changed since the Pandemic. We both went with the salad, which was pretty sad, iceberg lettuce, shaved carrots, a couple croutons and way too much dressing which oddly lacked flavor. The bread was warm and tasted good, although the Husband remembered it use to come with 2 different kinds of butter. I ordered the Spinach & Cheese Ravioli, which was just okay, the marinara was watered down and tasted like the one’s I get at the store. The Husband went with the Chicken Parmesan, he seemed to like it, but had the same watered down marinara. We also ordered a half carafe of Sangria, which was overpriced and disappointing. The carafe was filled with ice and so were our glasses. Pretty sure it equated to just one small drink in the end. Over all the quality of the food did not match the cost.

I’d give this experience 3/5 stars. I don’t mean to be mean (yes I do) but it seemed like every staff member had something off about them. The hostess was super quiet and not very welcoming. Our server was scatter-brained and I don’t think she made eye contact with either of us the entire time. The service was also super slow. Thank goodness we didn’t encounter that sewage stench everyone else is complaining about because that would have really irritated me. Nothing about this experience was worth sharing. The bread was mediocre. The salad was mediocre (they charge you extra for caesar dressing?) The spinach and cheese ravioli was nothing special (I will never understand why Italian places dump the sauce over your dish and expect you to mix it in yourself. If I’m paying over $20 for some water and flour, I shouldn’t have to finish preparing the dish myself). If anything, I think Ragu sauce you can get at the store tasted better than the stuff that was dumped over my raviolis. I appreciate how the ice cream they served us was frozen and not all melted, but it stayed too frozen and hard for quite some time lol. At this point in the meal, I was itching to leave, and me having to literally dig into my scoop of ice cream just to eat it didn’t help in the slightest.

I had the crab ravioli with the pesto Alfredo sauce. It was outstanding. Calamari and tiramisu cake was good as well not to sweet and ice tea. $49

This time we came on a Friday afternoon and we had a great service by Sean. The food was delicious but for me the salad with special dressing was really good. The bread was warm and with the butter was fantastic. The portions are very generous. The ambience is very classic and fun for everyone.

My favorite spaghetti place. Same flavors always. Miss because they closed our OSF in MN. Clean and friendly. Food could have been a little warmer…but can’t complain….Pot Pourri is my absolute fave. Ask for Mizithra cheese or you’ll regret it. Great service.
