Hometown feel and service. Made to order delicious food. Very Trumpy at the register, but there was no debate or pushing. Very civilized convo. The atmosphere was tops!! These are GOOD FOLKS!

This is a great place to eat. They serve breakfast all day which is what I had around noon. Country ham, 2 eggs, biscuit w/ sausage gravy, home fries, & grits. Delicious! My son had an 8 oz bacon cheeseburger w/ home fries. He said his meal tasted great too! Our server was friendly, courteous, & really helpful with menu questions plus she offered suggestions & choices that I didn’t notice on the menu. The dining area & restroom were clean too. Although everything was really good, I thought the prices were a little high, but what isn’t these days? I’ll be returning at some point.

It was a great place to get lunch. Service was prompt, friendly and the woman who waited on us turned out to be one of the owners. I had a fried steak steak sandwich with gravy at the waitresses suggestion and she didn’t steer me wrong. My friend had eggs over easy with fried chicken livers and said his was good also. Highly recommend.

Good staff and service. The food not so much! My wife ordered just a pancake (which was huge) and I had the French toast! Well our food comes out and it’s only 1 slice of toast in 2 little pieces! Anywhere else it would be over 6 or more slices! Well after we eat our bill comes and it’s 43.00!!!! 43 for 2 small slices of toast?? And also they charge 2 dollars for toppings. So we got charged 2 dollars for chocolate chips in the pancakes and 2 dollars for a little spread of peanut butter… We bought the 11 dollar meal which includes meat, potatoes, and choice of French toast or pancake. All I can say is Waffle House will keep my business for half the cost! I do not recommend!

I never leave bad reviews but this was the Worst experience ever, we traveled to Bristol today and thought to give this cute diner our buisness as we love to support local. Huge mistake, for one the cost of the food was way too high. We had a pick up order for 2 sausage biscuits and fries, we waited around for over ten minutes to get soggy oil soaked fries cold. As far as the biscuits go, you could could eat jimmy dean’s biscuit from home and do much better. We ended up eating McDonald’s biscuits with two drinks for seven dollars across the street. We paid 14 dollars and was not given a refund for the sad food served. Unfortunately the golden arches have you beat.

This little diner won me over very quickly. The decor and ambiance was so inviting and the food was excellent my new favorite place to stop in for a bite. Southern fried goodness. And home fries? Never had better. And much to my delight I found out this place is not a greasy spoon. Staff are great and very friendly. When in Bristol TN and you can run down state street then I urge you to satisfy your tummy and your eyes will also be pleasantly surprised. Trust me the entire menu is great. I did indulge on the Dixie dogs

Cute and nostalgic family owned diner in town Bristol. From an era gone by. Small, but big enough! Fast, fresh and tasty breakfast. Donna and her adult children run this themselves and take time to talk to you. Loved it!
