After 9 yrs of being in VA I finally made it to see what the hype was about. The line was crazy, the place is tiny, they need 1 or 2 more employees, customer service was great.. she asked kindly for us to have patience with them. We did! Lol! I had the chicken sandwhich (trinis if you’re reading this, it’s a combi of a cruncher & zinger in one), perfectly fried chicken and fries. ON POINT!!!! THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!

It’s a must try. Great fried chicken, the Big Chic with extra sauce and a cherry soda is the staple and a definite must try. Take out only, I suggest calling ahead because they’re usually pretty busy. Don’t be intimidated by the location or decor (it could be considered in the hood). Oh and the corn fritter thingy’s…..

Went 5/17/23 I have always been satisfied with my food from here but, today…I asked for a pint of mixed (gizzard & livers) to be cooked soft and they were hard as heck, more little pieces of breading than meat…IT WAS HORRIBLE!…SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

What’s the problem with pick up orders ? I order my food at 2:43 show up at 3:05 20 minutes right ? Then I’m told to wait on fires for another 20 minutes? It’s either a personal thing or this place is completely diss functional, foods greats service is TERRIBLE and that’s what makes the business a 1 star wish it was zero.
