1st off they have a call center, who knows where. 2nd the phone rep, probably just working from home had me waiting over 5 minutes to place my order because she claimed her computer was slow. I ended up hanging up and calling back. And lastly, what a horrible pizza. Not to mention the false advertising of the big New Yorker. It’s just a cheaply made 14″ cut into 6 pieces instead of 8.

The pizza hut itself is well nothing really that special, no offense, it’s a pizza hut. However it is marginally superior to Domino’s this specific little store though is a superior to others I’ve been to around cape coral, their food is always better than the other huts and their employees are amazing. An employee by the name of susana comes to mind, they were the cashier every time I went to get pizza, their smile was incredibly friendly and their attitude very welcoming. They were dilligent in their work and at least for me has not made a single mistake when creating my order. Great props to that girl.

We have ordered for years from this location. I don’t know if management has changed or what-but the past few orders have been wrong. One order we were sent the wrong wings-no worries-things happen. Called the store and guy was super nice. Said my account would be credited. Never was. This evening we go to pick up our order, get it home and it’s wrong. Ordered sausage and mushroom; half the pizza was to have onion, green peppers, and black olives. Not only is there no sausage-there’s jalapeños on it. Ok-call store and all they can do is credit my PIZZA HUT account or remake. No option to credit my credit card. The fact they failed to credit my account previously for wings didn’t give me a trusting feeling they’d actually follow through and credit my account and the mere fact I can’t get my original form of payment back is so wrong. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. So here I am-writing a review with my wrong pizza going in the trash. Y’all need to figure out what’s going on in your store and get priorities straight and for the love of God-GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I ever have to buy chain store garbage pizza again-I will drive clear across town to avoid this location!!

Hello Pizza Hut, not to all only limited to a certain location. I had a wonderful experience talking to Erica today when I placed my order, she was very polite and attentive, if she never mentioned that she was new there I would’ve never known. Erica is very knowledgeable and helpful she answered all my questions and my order was placed with no problem unlike unlike my horrible experience with dominoes oof off Andalusia in cape coral no shade but it’s the truth. Thank you so much.

First time I visited this Pizza Hut. I love the Flatz pizza and it was delicious. Ordering was very easy and Alicia had taken my order. She was very polite and efficient in taking my order.
