I’ve been wanting to try The Melting Pot for many years and I finally got to tonight, it did NOT disappoint! The portions were large, the food was fresh and everything tasted amazing. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. And the alcoholic beverages were actually reasonably priced.

I loved food and service style but except waiter laughed at me when I expressed my drink was not what I wanted. I didn’t liked. Unprofessional.. Quality of food great. Hygiene rate 5* and fresh food. Flavors of cheese pot and chocolate fantastic. Clean air and tidy atmosphere. I visit again.

I will say the grill was confusing and once the oil dries up the main section of the meal became a chore. It begins to burn to the vast iron pan and want as pleasant as the rest of the dinner. The drinks were pricey but that was the one thing most worth the money to me. Other than that I love this place and we still had a great time.

Oggie and Ellen were great! We tried to get a last minute table without a reservation but were not able to as the restaurant was short staffed. So we left, but came back twice to ask about a potential waitlist, cancelations, and do a final check before going to our next choice.

The melting pot was absolutely amazing! This delicious meal will take some time, you may want to give yourself approximately 2 hours to eat as this savory meal is spaced. The atmosphere is soft and the service is on point. Enjoy your meal!

Delicious experience! We haven’t been in a while and now they have so many more options. We opted for the tempura and it was so delicious . Trever was our waiter and he was incredibly attentive, even offered to take a picture for our anniversary

This was our first time there. What a fun experience. We enjoyed the spinach and cheese dip as well as the classic for starters. Then we shared the land and sea and pacific rim entrees. My 15 yr old even tried and loved duck. For dessert we had the pure chocolate and bananas foster. Yum! It’s a little on the pricey side, but you are also paying for the experience

Unfortunately I cannot say many good things about our experience tonight. This is usually one my wives and my favorite spots and so we chose to come here for our anniversary. The food was good, however our waiter was not. Lack of friendliness along with the lack of checking up on us were our two main concerns. He checked on us only a couple of times throughout the visit and appeared to actively avoid us when we needed something. He also spent most of the time chatting with a group of ladies rather than attending to his other tables needs. I typically am not one to write reviews (I think this may be my first one), but I am definitely a lot more picky when I am spending over 100 dollars for a meal. The waitress for the table next to us actually was much more friendly and amigable than our own waiter to us. On top of all of this, we had put that it was our anniversary, but nothing was done for this so it made us wonder why even ask what the special occasion is. Our waiter was definitely not the absolute worst ever, but in the end, it was a disappointing experience especially for a place that we love so much.
