I haven’t been to Red lobster in several years. I decided to get something a bit different to eat for dinner and try out Red Lobster. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the fried cheese stick appetizers. And, then I got the butterfly shrimp with sea salt french fries. Everything was extremely hot and actually very tasty. I was very happy with the quantity of food, as well. Pricing is high, but food prices everywhere is bit high right now. I will definitely be back.

It’s Red Lobster. They haven’t updated the inside or outside in years. Same old bouncy cushion booth seats. I think they go overboard with the butter and garlic in every meal. The lobster tail and shrimp topped sirloin was good but could’ve been better. I would love to see shrimp topped sirloin with fettuccini. That would be a nice change but not too drastic. Service was great our waiter was the best. It was still a satisfying meal, just wish they would update the interior.

I haven’t been here in forever and I was definitely not disappointed. You guys have to try the lobster topped baked potato. I also had the new orleans salmon. Very tasty. The margarita was also great. And you guys already know the biscuits were on point. Will definitely not be waiting so long to come back

I went to the Pensacola location Friday around 4ish. The food was super but the waitress was one of the worst experiences I have had. And this was our 33 year anniversary celebration. It started off by a 5 minute wait at the entrance waiting for the host. The host was not very welcoming, flustered and in a very bad mood. We tried to put a smile on her face but it didn’t work at all. Then our waitress showed up she apologized for our wait at the front and said she had to take a phone order and didn’t want to leave the people hanging. We were okay with that and she took our order. She Promptly brought out our salads and biscuits. The biscuits were delicious and probably the best we’ve had along with great salads, drinks were topped off. We were waiting awhile for our entrees, she asked if we wanted more biscuits and we said please bring more with the meal. She brought our shrimp orders forgot the biscuits which never ever came. This is where it went down hill, tables started filling up and she couldn’t keep up. I asked for drinks and a re order. It took forever, I waited about 10 minutes no drinks, I went to the bathroom was gone for about 5 minutes still no drinks, I was about to choke sat ther 5 more minutes still no water. She was cleaning a table next to us the lighting was different and I didn’t recognize her and I go our waitress hasn’t been back in 15 min can you bring us some drinks, she got pissed her attitude changed. I was about done with her attitude and skipped ordering anymore shrimp we didn’t see her again fir awhile luckily my husband was able to pay on the kiosk, as we were getting up she reluctantly wanted to say good bye, we were behind her as she went into the kitchen my husband goes thanks, we never got those biscuits, she muttered something under her breath and kinda threw the tray in the kitchen area. If I ever see her again at this location I will walk out.

Gets 5 stars because our server was great and was just doing their best! They were out of a lot of things and the bathrooms were really dirty had the area we were sitting in smelling like a bathroom because it was close to the doors. The food wasn’t too bad just didn’t have any of the things we wanted. Wouldn’t go back but the server was 100/100

Absolutely disappointed. 3 adults for lunch and it took over an hour to get our food. Had to keep flagging the waitress down, just to get a drink refill. No they were not busy as far as customers, but they were busy talking and joking with each other. Red Lobster is my go to and I really do enjoy their shrimp scampi it is the best I have had, but not on this trip. My scampi was way overcooked, the other meals were not very appetizing either. I really wish they had their act together but unfortunately that was not the case on this dine in. At this time no I would not recommend.

Me and my wife stopped in for dinner before a movie. I love Red Lobster back home in Ohio. This was our 1st visit to the Pensacola location. Not good at all. My steak would have been better if it was microwaved at a gas station. I got a New York strip 10oz and I’m sure it was 6 or even 7 oz I asked for med well and got well done. Just an all around bad experience. However, the waiter was New and did a good job. Hopefully, he will learn to question the cook for his sake in tips in the future.

Food was terrible. Shrimp was rubbery. Scampi was tough like precooked and kept under heat lamp. Quality of food gone totally out the window. Usually go 3 to 4 times a year for last 30 years. Not going back anymore.
