Starting with the food, the food we ordered was terrible. I ordered steak and shrimp, and the shrimp was cold by the time I received it. Surprisingly, the steak I ordered was good, done to my liking, good cut. However, everyone else’s steak was done wrong and had to be recooked and still wasn’t done to their liking, along with the steaks being a very bad cut. The service was fantastic. We drank so much tea that we were brought a pitcher and refills every time we got low. Great service. Atmosphere is your typical steakhouse, clean.

Food was pretty…..but we couldn’t eat it. Fries tasted like fish, shrimp was slimy, steak dry, and my kids food had a hair in it. The best thing was the onion petals and the baked potato. Service was excellent. Just not our cup of tea.

Dine in – service was very friendly knowledgeable & attentive without being intrusive. The staff all seemed happy & the restaurant was nice and clean both indicators of a management team that cares about what they are doing, their customers & their team members. The Menu has a good variety of options & everyone in our party was able to find something they both liked & would meet a variety of dietary needs. The Meals were all cooked correctly (steaks etc) and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing while still having that sweet hum of a busy restaurant full of people enjoying themselves. The location was easy to find & parking was adequate even on a busy night.

Great service. Tasty steak. I prefer a good steak to be prepared with light salt and butter. This steak seemed to have a peppery dry rub or seasoning. Not unpleasant, but I like to taste my STEAK. I can’t eat gristle, so approx 10-15% of my steak was a dog treat. The sides and house salad were good. They happened to have a favorite craft draft of ours, so that helped wash it all down. Server was great!

The place was average for a chain restaurant. They didn’t refill our drinks very much at all. It was about a 30-minute wait. The food was pretty good. My wife felt a little sick after leaving and to the bathroom she went. She had the fish, so I’m not sure if it was undercooked, but beware if you order fish. Overall, for over 100 costs, the experience could have been better. I’m not sure if I’ll return in the future.
