First time having Filipino food since eating my mom’s home cooking and this was fantastic. Really enjoyed how fresh it was. The flavors nostalgic. The service from the staff was kind and warm. Thank you so much for your food, Manila Fiesta. We’ll be coming again!

Ordered the weekend special. BBQ pork. Wait was 10-15 minutes, because it was made fresh! Egg rolls were much better than the same ones you get in 90% of restaurants. My meal was 16 dollars, which is a bit more than I like to spend on a single meal, but I left satisfied with the flavor and portion.

Stopped by after my son’s Taekwondo tournament. My son is half Filipino and has been wanting to try Filipino cuisine in America but where we are from in Washington there aren’t many Filipino run businesses. As soon as I seen this on the maps I didn’t hesitate to drop in! The restaurant is very clean and the man that took our orders was polite. He let us know before we ordered that they were out of 2 meals from the menu but that was okay. We waited about 10-15min for our food, not bad at all (We ordered 4 meals)! The food was colorful, neatly presented and smelled delicious! I don’t usually get too excited trying out new restaurants but my feet was doing the tappy dance with every bite I took My friends father, who’s a military veteran that’s traveled to many countries, was absolutely impressed with the flavor of the food, he left no crumbs! Halfway into eating, an elderly women whom I was sure is the chef came out to ask us how our food was. Again, I didn’t hesitate to blurt out how delicious it was, my 9 year old daughter said “I wish I could eat here everyday!” The chef was so overjoyed to hear that she asked my daughter for a hug Like, what a great experience!! If we ever come back to this part of Salem, I will absolutely, hands down stop by again! Great food and good customer service!

Have had this once before when they first opened, but hadn’t made the trip back – that’s on us and we deeply regret it because this food is INSANELY GOOD.

Incredible and authentic Pilipino food!! I had the pork adobo combo (comes with rice, lumpia, and pancit) and loved every point. The portions are so generous! The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!

Manila Fiesta is some of the best food I’ve had between Portland and Eugene. The restaurant is run by a mom (Marissa) and her son (Dennis). I came with some friends and we ordered a couple plates to share: the bbq pork skewers, bicol express, pork belly, and turon. The pancit was probably one of the biggest surprises to me; it looks like rage equivalent of plain chow mein but it is so flavorful! The bbq pork and pork belly were also really good, but the Bicol express was probably my favorite dish. So creamy from the coconut and just small hints of spice.

Very thrilled with the portion size for the Pork Bistek Combo, Best Egg Rolls I have had in a while. The next dish I tried was the Pork Blood Soup, It’s a very unique dish. The soup itself is mild with a very rich and savory flavor. It’s almost like a Barbecue sauce in thickness and taste but not really. You can then take the spice level from a 1 to a 6 by choosing to partake in the whole Serrano peppers in the Soup which I recommend. Great portions of Pork in it! Also, They have great plain white rice, which I think restaurants rarely get props for!

Amazing place. Absolute gem here in Salem! Super clean and lovely, neat interior. Extensive menu of home-cooked traditional and authentic food. I had the bbq pork and it was amazing: crispy char on the outside, tender on the inside, covered in a deliciously sweet sauce and two sides. Good range of drinks and don’t leave without trying the flan. Absolutely worth it! Super friendly staff who care about you and your experience. Thank you so much – will definitely be back!
