Heading through downtown KC, needed a place for a great breakfast and found it here. They had a nice looking buffet, but I ordered off the menu and had a wonderful omelette. Service was excellent.

Fantastic breakfast. Our server Louisa was on top of everything, and our meal was Fantastic. My spouse had an outlet, which was so good he didn’t share! I had the blueberry French toast (made with blueberry bread) it wasn’t overly sweet, I’d order it again and wish I’d kept the leftovers.

My husband and I ate here on Valentines Day. This was not a upscale dining experience, though they hold themselves out as one. It’s in the Marriott and they are more about business lunches and dinners over romance. They have a solid menu with flavorful entries. This night it smelled like someone was burning the grease in the kitchen, so that wasn’t very pleasant. The wait staff was shabbily dressed (the hotel may want to invest in new updated uniforms) but regardless of appearance everyone was polite and took great care of us. At the end of the meal they gave me a beautiful rose that lasted several days.
