When my family got there, the service was great they greeted us. We ordered our food as we wanted, asked for salsa verde on the side and they didn’t have cups for them so we just asked to put them on the tacos. When we got the tacos back I didn’t even see the salsa at all until I discovered it was watered down. It’s supposed to be thick not water. I asked for an aqua de sandia and it was pretty good. When it came down to price it was 48$ for 9 tacos and 3 drinks not bad to be honest. We didn’t like the food. The tortilla kept ripping so I had to pick up the extra pieces. The carne was dry and really wasn’t that good. Overall I’d give it a 5/10 I wouldn’t eat here again.

I got a steak bowl around 12pm, prime lunch time. Everything was cold including my rice and steak and the steak was just really poor quality. More fat than any meat. For $15 I really expected more. Can’t recommend.

although they had to re-make my burrito-which i completely understand food industry isn’t easy at all- the food is outstanding considering the other options in the food court, others don’t even compare to this place!! ladies in the front are really nice as well 🙂 only things i’d suggest are having a bit bigger tortillas for the burritos or put a bit less rice in them because i think that’s what messed up the lady the first time but anyways great job ladies in the front! ❤️

First time and food was great. Reminded me of Qdoba! And I loved Qdoba. I love the tortillas bowl. Good flavor. I just wish there was Queso. The lady who served me was not rude but could have been a little friendlier – this is just one encounter and who knows how her day had went. The young man who was at the cash register was friendly. I’d come back to eat. I like it more than chipotle.

Excellent food and excellent service! I came here today for the first time and was amazed by the quality of food and the astounding service. To start off with, the recipes and flavors were on point and authentic tasting. However, while they were making my quesadilla (half chicken and half chorizo), upon removing it from the grille they felt like it had cooked too much. Priscilla (the chef preparing my food) said “I will not sell you something I would not eat myself” and proceeded to make me a new one that (I can’t lie), and it came out perfect! This will probably be the only place I dine on my future visits to Palm Beach outlets. All of the staff were friendly and polite as well.

Food was OK, but for a burrito and a Rice bowl for almost $30, I did not feel like the quality was worth it; we immediately ate our food in the food court right after receiving it, and it was a little cold.

This place was awesome….I had the rice bowl with chicken…..listen to me….DELICIOUS! It was sooo good I Google it to see if there were other locations beside West Palm Outlets since the outlets were closed for Easter Sunday. The service was awesome and I do believe I was served by the owner. He was genuinely nice and even talked with me for a bit. I’m from the Bahamas and I will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in West Palm.
