We found this spot to be not worthy of a second visit. All the combo meals are served in a bag and are shell-on seafood that you pay for BY THE POUND. The only fish options are fried and served in a basket with paper to catch the grease. The batter was so thick that I couldn’t even taste the Oysters that I paid $15 for. They write your order on your paper table cover so you know what you ordered.

This place DID NOT disappoint at all! It was our first time going and I tell you, we will most definitely be back. Our waitress Mikal was amazing. She made sure we felt so welcome and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was beyond words! If your someone who loves seafood and flavor. This is your place to go!

The service and atmosphere has gotten worse and worse over the past 6 months. I’ve had an employee horse playing while carrying a crate of glasses to the bar and drop the whole crate breaking the glasses! The broken glass went all over me! I was standing at the end of the bar area waiting on my order (over 30 minutes)! No one apologized for the incident and acted as if it was ok that I had just been soaked with broken pieces of glass! Whenever I Order online or over the phone, I Go to pick up order 30 minutes later after placing order. The servers ignore the waiting customers who ordered online or over the phone and continuously say they will help you. After waiting over 10 minutes they will say your order isn’t ready. This has lead to a 30-40 minute wait each time. My order has been wrong 6 out of 10 times my last 10 visits. The last time I visited I sent my daughter to pick up the order. It was not right AGAIN! Not to mention how they’ve started to give the orders out with the bags soaked in grease on the outside. I asked them to remake the whole order because I had to take it back after she arrived home with missing crab legs in the bags. The manager had me on hold on the phone and when I arrived at the location I was still on hold waiting for the manager to let me know what to do. Long story short. The food that was remade caused the entire family to wake up with SEVERE STOMACH CRAMPS AND PAIN!!!!!! It was really bad!!!! It was stomach pain we never experienced before! Obviously something was added to the food to cause the stomach cramps. This was the last straw for me! I’ve always enjoyed the food and this is why I had so much patience with the unprofessional service and atmosphere! The service has became very bad and they were constantly leaving food out of my bags, yet I tried my best to overlook these issues ! Once or twice is a mistake. Multiple times…, is clear negligence. It’s the REPEAT CUSTOMERS who keep businesses IN BUSINESS!!! The owner my need to supervise his business/employees before too many customers have bad experiences. FYI… CHECK YOUR SEAFOOD BAGS!!!!!! HAVE THE PATIENCE OF JOB when going into this establishment!

Short staffed like most anywhere in town now days. One waitress working on a Wednesday night. You need to ask for what you want ahead of time, salt ,pepper, butter and anything else that doesn’t come in the bag of food they serve you. Nothing is on the table but a napkin holder. And when I asked the waitress she acted like it really put her out to get me salt, pepper and extra butter. I had corn and boiled potatoes that I requested my extra butter for. My food was practically cold when I got the container of melted butter. She told me there was already butter in my sauce that that the mussels were served in. We went there for the oysters, and they were out. A elderly couple came in and the waitress told the gentleman they were full and they couldn’t seat them. Well I counted 5 booths that had 2 people in each one. Our first trip and last trip.

This place has exceptionally slow service during off-peak hours. We had a party of 3 and seated ourselves. We waited 40 plus minutes before receiving our order. We were assured several times that it was on the way .

Poor service. We ordered crab legs but had no to way to crack them because they were out of the tool to crack the crab legs. When I asked for a discount on my bill because I couldn’t eat half my meal I was told that people take them and they just didn’t have enough. There might have been 6 other groups of people in the whole restaurant. The food tasted great but it’s a huge disappointment to have to take my food home to finish eating it.

Holy CRAB!!! THIA PLACE IS AMAZING, I had my doubts at first considering that it was completely dead, but we still had to wait 10mins for a table..Well worth the wait!! You get a TON of food in your specified platter bag.. shrimp, crab, Lobster crawdads, muscles, oysters, potatoes, corn on the cob and boiled eggs pick your flavor and your spice.. I usually can handle a regular “Hot” spice, but NOPE Not Here!! Thankfully I was warned and got mild, figured I can add more spice, just can’t take it away..it was not necessary… The spices are Fire, just warning you.. other than that everything was delicious, great server, and prices are fair for what ALL you get..Definitely will be going back!!

Angel was our server and he was excellent!! Knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend the hush puppies, mild tasting and great with tarter sauce. Big shrimp and bigger crawfish! If you like heat, Cajun flavor medium heat.
