We had an okay visit overall. One thing we did enjoy was the trivia you can play through the app while you wait — it helped pass the time and made the experience a little more interactive.
The food, though, was a bit inconsistent. The nachos didn’t seem very hot when they came out and they had a small amount of cheese compared to the other toppings. The bone-in wings with buffalo dry rub were crispy, but the seasoning wasn’t evenly distributed — most of it was clumped on one side instead of being a light, even dusting.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere was what you’d expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food could have been more consistent.
Overall, not a bad visit, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Food was fast hot and yummy. My only complaint is my water didn’t get filled without asking but that is what it is. The bathroom was diabolical as you can see in the photos. And the baby changing table is just a frame so if you need to change your baby good luck.

Hey Fast Foodies, at this location, it’s was jam packed. And online orders were still coming out in a timely fashion. Good customer service and helpful staff members. I ordered the 15 piece bone in Wings from my rewards and they were hot, juicy, fresh and delicious. This has to be one of my top 3 BBW locations. Will definitely be returning!!!

I’m not someone to leave a review, but I felt the need to today. We went here for dinner with our 3 month old tonight. It took us 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table then another 10 for our drinks. In the meantime our baby needed to be changed, to my surprise, the changing table had been removed (see photo). I ended up having to change my child in the back of my car while it was pouring rain. Now I know the weather is not controlled by this establishment, BUT I should not have had to go out to our car to change my child in the first place.
Anyways, we got our food and it was warm and tasted fine but we only received some of our order. While eating, my husband finished his drink and we waited about 20 minutes before having to find our waitress to ask for a refill.

This is the worst BWW we have ever been to. We sat at the bar. Took an act of GOD to get a drink. The guys next to us had to give a caww cawww call to get the bar tenders’ attention,who was nowhere to be seen. When she finally emerged from the kitchen.. she stated she needed too eat she was hungry. ( so was I,Thats kinda why I was there) won’t be back to this place.

Service at the bar was super slow. Bartender looked at us 3 times and never acknowledged us to say hey, hold one, nothing. Took forever to get our food. But the air vent is what took me out.

New Visit..We came here after a event for daughter. This by far has been the worst visit to BWW. We were 1st told strat your order by phone. The waitress then cane and got our order. We order the chips w 3 dips. We got barley any chips there were 4 of us. We put our orders In and 3 of us got our food my daughter who ordered 6 medium flats was taking longer because they were flats which is what I was told. She it was at least 20 minutes later when we were all done eating she got her wing and of course they we freshly cooked and too hit to eat right away. Not sure what happend maybe they forgot. I couldn’t asked the waitress because she disappeared. We were only group in her section at the time. Also we could get refills cause she was gone so long. Inwas eating hot wings and need a drink. I had to use the ice from my empty drink to cool my mouth. When she finnaly came back she was slow to get my refill. She acted like she didnt want to be there. I spent over 100 dollars for a very unsatisfying visit. Inwas looking fwd to this meal. As far as the other food. My wings were good. My sauce chicken sandwich was dry. Please of sauce but the chicken was dry. Wife’s salad was OK and my nieces wings were ok.

Food was pretty good wife loved her adult beverages, her and daughter had wings and fries. They were good. I had the buffalo Chicken ranch sandwitch. The sandwich seemed different than usual than the way ots served at the Garner location and others I have been too. It was still pretty good. The server was OK but Inhad to ask for napkins, eating utensils after we had out food already. He could have been new. The restroom (Mens) could have been better kept, trash was over flowing and paper towels all.over the floor. Overall ot was OK, Daughter was happy, wife was happy so over all it was good.

Ordered 2 Mushroom Swiss burgers online. Drove 20 minutes to pick up the order. Order was not ready. Got the order and drove 20 minutes back home. We began eating and did not see any mushrooms or sauce on either burger. Called and was told there was reason, they ran out SMDH !! Why the hell did they come out and tell me that? I could have said add something else like lettuce and tomato or even bacon or chili. Said they would give me a refund only after asking for it. Will take 10-14 days to get the refund? Took my money right away when I ordered. Burger was extremely dry, not good at all. They have lost my business for sure.

– food here used to be good, but the last two times we got it, our wings/food has been burnt. We spent a total of 45 dollars on our food for our wings to be dry, overcooked, and have a burnt taste. The potato wedges were so burnt to the point they were stuck together and were crunchy. The jalapeño boneless wings we also got were very dry and the fries with it also over cooked.

Great food and drinks! I wish I remembered the lady at the bar name but she was so nice and checked in with us often even while it was busy. She also took the time out to explain the drink menu since there were no physical copies available.
