I have purchased honey baked ham 3x before, for a holiday dinner. This Christmas I did the same, I picked up the 22nd, and the day of Christmas I noticed my Turkey said the eat by date was the 23rd of December. I purchased it for Christmas dinner, the 25th. I’m very irritated that I got a turkey that wasn’t even going to be good for the day I intended to eat it. The store said it would still be fine after the 12/23 date, but anything else that would have an expired date, I wouldnt eat, why would I start now with my Christmas dinner? Won’t go back. Super disappointed & disgusted.

The staff was unaware of the Thanksgiving specials on their own website. There was so much smoke inside the store (which smelled like melted plastic) that I was nauseous for the remainder of the day. Despite these annoyances, the team members did their best to accommodate and recommend items for our feast on Wednesday.

Very disappointed this year. Reserved large ham. On my day & time to pick up it was several pounds smaller. After eating ham, was truly not up to Honey Baked standards…. our ham was extremely fatty, not as good flavor, not much sugar crunchy stuff (and who does not love that part of HB Ham)….

A rep from your store had come out to our Company and sold us on having you cater our Christmas Party for 40 + people. Paid for it. Confirmed the order/delivery to our store the day before. Guess what?! They never showed up. Didn’t call. Well, except to say that their delivery person quit before they could deliver our food. By that time it was 2-3 hours later. So, our people went TO the store to pick it up. Guess what?! They had no idea and there was no order to pick up. By that time, we were starved and decided to order from somewhere else. Not professional. Not any sort of customer service. What happened?!! Who knows .. And they never even offered to compensate or anything to offset their total lack of customer service. Very disappointing ..

This is somewhat lengthy but PLEASE read before ordering from them. My nephew passed away, but I was unable to be with my sister and extended family. I wanted to assist them with meals by ordering ham with some sides so they would know my family and I were thinking of them. I ordered it in the timeframe this store recommended, and I was paying $25 for it to be delivered. They took my card number and said they would call the family the day it was to be delivered and would run my card the same day. Around 3:00 on the delivery day, my sister let me know she still had not been contacted. I called and the person who answered didn’t know anything about it and said she was “just filling in for the day” but she would try to find it. I called back to give her the name of who I spoke with and she said she found the order but they didn’t have anyone to deliver it!?! She wanted to know if someone could pick it up! We hated to ask the family to do this, but what choice did we have? It was embarrassing since it was a reflection on us but we were MORTIFIED to find out instead of running our card they had the FAMILY pay when they picked it up!?!?! Are you kidding me?!? Talk about “dropping the ball”!!! We were assured they could deliver it so what happened?? And why did they take our card number if they weren’t going to run it? I’m concerned I even gave it to them now. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
