First time we tried them out I gave the atmosphere only 3 stars cause I felt like the employees wasnt that happy that there was customers. Not sure if they were wanting to close or what, there was a sign saying sorry not making sandwiches but there was other people in there getting sandwiches so we did. The food was good loved the potato salad. I would have given more stars on service ( because they were fast) but just felt like they didnt want us there. Will go back for another sandwich though . Oh and we had to take our food to go cause there was only 2 tables and they were taken

I can honestly say that I have visited this place twice. My first time and my last time. Both were bad experiences. The employees were cold and uninviting to say the least. There was no consistency the sandwitches I order. It was the same order both visits but was made with different bread and ingredients both times. The environment of the Cafe is as uninviting as the employees. It’s poorly lit and there is no music playing. For my 2 visits that were a week apart I saw the daily special was BBQ pulled pork which I tried to order but was rudely told they no longer had it. Yet the sing remains the same.

I’ve placed an online pre-order around Thanksgiving two years in a row now. Last year (2020) I chalked it up to COVID madness for their disorganization. Well, it turns out COVID madness isn’t the reason after all. Disorganization, poor communication, and not working as a team is apparently the culture of this particular location. Last year they claimed they never received my online order, despite me having my e-mail confirmation that I showed them numerous times. This year they seemingly had to search all over and the same person asked me multiple times if I called it in or if I ordered online. They then rang me up, but forgot to ring up some items, so I had to dig out my CC again. By the time I left there was a line out the door. When I first arrived there was just a few people in the store. I was not the only person who had problems getting their pre-orders.

Pre Ordered food prior to the day of delievery to be deleivered at 11am to my office. It arrived at 1130am and one of my staff members had hair in the food. Spoke with Jessica the manager and she was no help, replied “its company policy” that i had to bring the salad to see the hair to get a refund. Will never order here again.

I ordered a ham for Christmas two weeks ago. I went to pick it up today Christmas Eve. When I got there, I was told that they were all out of ham. I said but I reserved this two weeks ago. They told me that they did not get enough hams delivered. Can not believe this. Not good customer service.
