I don’t appreciate this! I just ordered lunch and usually receive quality service and food from here but this has not been the case lately. This is not even the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time that I’ve had a bad meal from Honey Ham!! I don’t know what the deal is with the crossain’t bread or If they try to stretch it over a couple days or a couple weeks but you can almost BET that you will get a cracked, dry croissant that you can barely swallow at least once or twice a week. One day you’ll go and get a wonderful FRESH sandwich, the next-it won’t even taste like the same sandwich you had before. I always order the ham classic on crossain’t with the potato salad and the broccoli bacon salad. The ONLY thing that’s stayed consistent over the years is the broccoli bacon salad. The potato salad is different each time (in a bad way) and it’s ANNOYING. One day it’s edible, the next day it’s a soupy undercooked MESS. I’m so tired of paying higher prices for LOWER QUALITY. Now I have to sit at work with virtually no lunch bc I had this dry lunch delivered and it cost almost $30 to get it to me. $27.39 to be EXACT. UGH!! They will not get my money for a LONG TIME!!!!!

Service was awesome but the quality of the ham has gone down drastically. The last 2 times I’ve gotten ham by the slice it hasn’t been sweet at all. This last time it was like getting a regular ham from Walmart, it was not the honey baked ham I’m used to getting for the 4 years. It was fatty, gummy and hard at times. Definitely not worth the price and won’t be making another purchase for a VERY long time. I’m just tired of paying high prices for poor quality. Just very disappointed.

I love their boxed lunches! So great for when you’re on the go. They also make the sandwiches any way you want them. Special bread, a certain meat, favorite sauce, etc. A great quality lunch that makes me feel nostalgic of packed lunches from school with better quality food.

Everything was good! My fiancée and I felt it was overpriced though. We had a 5lb boneless ham and 3 sides and a Red Velvet cake and the bill was over a $100.00. It was to feed 3 to 4 people. The size of the sides would never have fed 4 people. At least 3 grown men and myself then.

Fast and efficient, but use caution buying thawed items. Purchased an item, brought home, realized it said to keep frozen until served. The box was at room temperature. I called the store and the young girl said they were trying to sell them, so they thawed them last night. Good thing I planned to eat same day.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff. Take advantage of their reward cards…10 sandwiches earns you one free. They have pre-designed sandwiches, but they are happy to customize them for you. Their hams are great for family dinners, too. I highly recommend!

Had lunch here a few times, got it again today. Always spot-on with customer service, food quality, and value. Ladies working there are amazing, and always friendly – they literally set the standard for customer service, bar none! lol they even park around the side of the building so there is more space for customers!
