Went to take my girls to get the new Grinch happy meals and let them play, but was told as soon as walking in, at 7 PM, that they were only open for door dash and online orders. The sign on the door said their dining room hours were until 11. When I asked about the hours I was told there were only a few people there and some of the people were working off the clock just to help out. Either get more help OR give your employees more hours to work ON THE CLOCK so they actually give decent customer service McDonalds!!!

I work as an Assistant manager in fast food, this is straight RIDICULOUS! I’ve waited 22 minutes at the speaker to order and STILL am the only reason I haven’t driven off is because I paid online which is suppose to get customers out FASTER! I called the store phone and of course rude and unprofessional. This is non sense this place needs a leader because obviously their management is understanding how to control a team and that falls on your GM, this is insane and should be taken care of don’t you run speed of service 13 cars drove off in 22 minutes imagine how much money you loose a day over nasty rude and unprofessionalism?

I do not appreciate the staff member that verbally assaulted and embarrassed my daughter. I understand her bringing an outside meal may not be policy but to rudely talk to my child like a dog is unacceptable. I will be updating and name dropping when I find out who it was. Im pissed. McDonald’s is always hit or miss but this one has been excellent the 2 times I’ve been here. My order is exactly right and piping hot. Drive-through staff is nice.

With the location and population, McDonald’s stays busy. However, the staff maintains the traffic and order overloads (although to some when you are hungry it may seem they are slow) while the food is rarely mixed up. I’m amazed the staff are| polite as I have gone there for years and only crossed paths with a couple employees on a bad day. Clean.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order was wrong, and instead of correcting it, staff insisted it was right and pressured me into buying something I didn’t want. I was treated with disrespect and made to feel like the problem. Completely unacceptable.

This McDonald’s doesn’t operate at it optimized potential, but the potential is there. The crew and management need to be reprogrammed to to re-establish the original McDonald’s customer service tradition.
The crew and management here body language expresses that they are not susceptible to any outside advice. It appears they would let a problem linger rather be advised to resolve by outside advise.
If there was another McDonald’s in this particular town (Fitzgerald, Ga) I probably wouldn’t eat at this one. I’m already very limited at eating at this one already.
I choose other restaurants such as Burger King, KFC etc.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst experience from a McDonald’s ever! That’s saying a lot since i’ve had someone leave the meat off of a hamburger once at another McDonald’s. I placed my order at 7:41pm for one Happy Meal and one McChicken curbside pickup. I didn’t get my food until 8:10 pm and i had to walk inside and get it. The employee threw my food on the counter and turned around and walked away without even acknowledging me. No sorry or Thank you for being patient, nothing! Just rude and uncaring! Also my McChicken was burnt.
