Never know if they’re gonna be open inside for breakfast or not… I go here very often and it’s always a 50/50 chance they don’t unlock the doors before 8am which they’re sign says they open way before then. Other than that, several careless employs who don’t care if there’s 10 people waiting or not they’re going to walk around and talk for a few mins before taking one order at a time… then proceed to talk and walk some more about random personal life stuff. Not the best customer service to say the least.

Prices cheaper than home for me. Fries were hot hot, burger not so much..could have used more ketchup on the burger was kind of dry. But service was good. Cashier was friendly and acknowledged customers unlike the others that walked by.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal. I received a double. I took it back in and the manager told them to put another piece of meat on it. It looked like a kid’s burger. It was the smallest triple cheeseburger I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. For nearly $8, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The manager acted like she didn’t want to be there and could really care less about customer service. I will NOT stop there AGAIN!

They advertise items ,then after 20 minutes you get to order advertised item only to be told that special items ended yesterday. I informed the girl that it was advertised on the front window . I did not want it after she could not honor the sign. I left and went elsewhere.

They got my breakfast order wrong and blamed me for it saying ” that’s why I should’ve been more specific about my order” when I asked for two sausage, egg and cheese Mcgriddles and refused to give me my money back and or give me what I had asked for. We went inside – was only one person before us and 6 after us. We had to inquire about our food when several had been called after us. Was told sorry your food was given to other orders. NO EXCUSE! Wish they could match their 100 score for cleanliness to 100 in customer service!
