They keep building our food wrong, instead of putting the signature brioche bun on my Swiss burger they put it on my boyfriends chicken sandwich and put my Swiss burger in the chicken sandwich bun, we didn’t even notice till we were half way through, every time we come here something is wrong or missing which isn’t cool when most of the one person meals cost about $13, the midnight crew is much better

The Texas city location needs a new crew for net night. As a manager over a large company I know this is not how a business is ran. The order was completely wrong. I ordered an intimate chess burger and received a made up burger with only pickles and mayo. Mustard was on the top of the top bun. When I asked for a new burger I received the same burger I. A different rapping paper. Did not want my food played with so I took it and am now writing this review. Complete waste of money and time as the line was backed all the way up with only three to four cars in it

I’m Writing this Review to Make the Employees that work the night shift/over night crew aware that every time I have went to that location to grab a bite late night my food has been extremely cold and the Taco shells were not chewable.
I’m not trying to make you guys look bad just aware that I love the food at Jack in the box and maybe try cooking orders as they come in and not pre- cooking orders to save time because the food gets cold and microwaving it only makes over cooked and the bread hard. Picked up tacos today super stale old and very soggy with dark colored old lettuce in it tried calling to speak to management the recording says the number is no longer good and they don’t have a updated one…This question is for you manager would you take this home to your family for dinner????
