Reviews
The risotto de huancaína con lomo was rich and comforting, cooked just right, with tender beef and a chimichurri that added a fresh, herby contrast. We also loved the causa de cangrejo y trufa—beautifully presented, flavorful, and indulgent without being too heavy, with the pisco golf sauce tying everything together nicely.
On top of the great food, the staff at the bar were awesome. The service was attentive, friendly, and welcoming—special shoutout to Marcello (hope I got the name right!) for making the experience even better. Highly recommended.
The ceviche is incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the lomo saltado comes out hot with amazing flavor. Their seafood dishes, fried rice, and Pisco Sours are always reliable and well made.
Portions are generous, prices are fair for Las Olas, and the food arrives quickly. Whether you’re coming for date night, a family dinner, or to show visitors some real Peruvian flavor, this place delivers every time.
Adriana’s service plus the quality of the food make Embarcadero 41 Las Olas an easy 5-star pick.
They have cleverly designed a modern, modestly-sized space a block off of Las Olas. Temperature to enjoy the meal was just right, not too cold. Felt the music leaned a bit too far into a club vibe for the otherwise refined menu. At our table, one of the overhead spotlights was aimed more over a seat than on the table itself; I would re-point or soften those so everyone looks their best.
Overall, excellent and welcome addition to the area. This restaurant will succeed as it’s nicely differentiated. Will be back, it’s a deep menu to explore.
However, a couple of points detracted from the experience. The rolls on the menu were surprisingly ordinary, and their connection to Peruvian food was unclear. More significantly, the noise level was a major issue. We visited on a Friday evening, and the music was extremely loud, making conversation impossible. We left quickly as it was physically uncomfortable to stay.
In summary: Come here for genuinely great, high-quality Peruvian dishes—especially the seafood. But be warned: if you visit on a busy weekend night, prepare for an overwhelmingly noisy atmosphere that detracts from the meal.
