Kathy is amazing, the waffles she makes are unbelievably good. My boys love them and I have to buy them in bulk because they love to have them at any time. We will either add fresh fruit to them or simply warm them up and eat them plain. They are absolutely delicious and a huge hit in my home. Whenever I am by the area I ask Kathy to make them for me and she leaves them prepared for me and all I have to do it package them individually and stick them in the freezer to preserve them.
