The quality of the food is delicious, no doubt. The Habit has high quality meat & they get your order correct at this specific location which is much appreciated. The employees are always so kind & helpful. One disappointment, which is something I’ve noticed in many restaurants of all sorts these days, is the serving size has decreased significantly while the amount of money you spend for a smaller sized meal has increased greatly. The Santa Barbara char used to take up the whole container & now its so small it’s almost laughable – if it didnt cost $9.

I’ve been a habit customer for years going back to before it franchised out of Santa Barbara into a larger chain. I was excited to see the Habit available in my home town on a recent trip to visit my parents. Unfortunately the value/quality just doesn’t measure up. We had great service in the drive thru but the chicken sandwiches we ordered were incredibly small for the price paid. The chicken breasts even appeared to have been cut in half thickwise… The burger was decent but still $45 for 3 meals was just too much.
