Food was cold. Service is consistently rough. Placed a mobile order for future pickup only to have to wait 10 minutes past the pickup time. No apologies. Kinda defeats the purpose of placing orders in advance

Not too bad for a quick bite. I had the buffet. It was around $8 without a drink. The selection was acceptable and was kept decently stocked. Seemed as if they could have used a bit more help behind the counter but the employees were pleasant. The decore is getting a bit dated but seemed clean. Only major issue I have is the drink selection. I do not like Pepsi.

Clean and fresh Fried chicken. Maybe we were lucky looking at the 3.6 average, but the associates were friendly and the food was fresh. Probably the cleanest KFC we have been to in a year.

I’m not entirely sure what I received was real chicken. I bought the biggest bucket you have and took one bite, then tossed the whole batch. It pulled apart like it was printed. The skin didn’t adhere to the meat. I’ve been eating KFC for many -many years. This made me question whether I will ever eat at this franchise again.

Got lunch for me and my wife and mother in law we all got fries they were dry and salty and cold like they had been sitting under the warmer for an hour. The food is good but kfc has gotten too damn expensive. even when you order deals through the app it’s overpriced as hell. Completely unacceptable for fast food. If I’m going to spend 30$ I might as well go to a real restaurant.
