I literally asked for the number 1.. and that is how I received the burger? are you serious?

Pulled up at 9:40, went to one of the stalls and pressed the button. Sat there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Decided to try the drive through. Pulled up. Waited for 15 more minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement. Drive around to leave and can see the employees Inside just laughing amongst themselves as a line forms. What a joke.

How do you not check to make sure the dasher picking up the food completes the order. Pure laziness. I’m glad I didn’t get the food. If precautions couldn’t be done properly imagine how the food would taste.

Definitely not returning to Sonic for food. The attached photo is a Large chicken nuggets for $7.99. Not an impressive amount for anything. the regular coffee cup is there for scale.

BY FAR THE WORST SONIC LOCATION I’VE ever been to. The food taste terrible!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and got the absolute NASTIEST sandwich I have ever seen. The owner of this location should consider shutting it down or let someone with the experience and skill to maintain the reputation the Sonic franchise deserves. Nothing is worse then to get home and open a meal that literally looks like it came out of a dumpster. The folks who run this place must be on crack!!!

I knew Sonic was going downhill but this place confirmed it. How you gonna have the most miserable sounding person in existence taking orders? Food was awful on top of it all. I’d rather spend another $20 and go some more better.

Terrible food, employees only have to serve the 1-2 people that come into this place every hour (for good reason), and can’t do that right either. Employees mumbling the entire time and incapable of enunciating their words, impossible to understand. Overall very lousy, and I can see why nobody comes here anymore.

Seriously just not this one. Ordered a double smash burger with all the toppings… no toppings. Asked for condiments… no condiments. Ordered at 6:30, watched 6 cars go enter and exit the drive thru before we got our food at 7:00.
Management is all wrong and incompetent if their times are so high and no idea how to complete orders correctly as they come in by order.
Everything is run down and honestly you can tell no one cares.

I stopped in for a lunch break and got the philly cheese steak Coney. It only had one strip of meat way over kill on the cheese sauce And mayo It did have grilled onions very little. I’ll submit a picture so you can see what I’m talking about my suggestion get the Burger instead. Very disappointed in what they call a philly cheese steak maybe if you order the foot long you may get more meat maybe 2 strips of me.
