Come here pretty regularly and it’s always a great experience. Sometimes it can take forever! I know it’s not the employees fault but it looks like all of the food is cooked by just a couple people and maybe one grill. Seems like for the amount of customers they have, they could use a bigger kitchen

This by far was the worst food I have gotten from here. The burger must have been frozen because when I got it the outside was charred but inside was still raw. The fries were cold and soggy, like they have been sitting for a minute. And they had a brown burnt look to them, makes me think that the oil was old and needed to be changed. I always go to this one and never had any issues but this was beyond, and it wasn’t just my food, my husband’s food was the same. So it wasn’t just me.

We love the Habit, but honestly, the mobile order experience is very frustrating. It takes 30+ minutes to make even though they tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes. If there’s a rush, just tell me it’s going to take 30 mins. Under promise and over deliver. On more than one occasion, the order has also been incorrect.

Great location and always fast service and great food! They an outside patio that you can eat at as well and unlimited refills on drinks. Great place for kids meals as well with great optional sides such as sliced apples instead of French fries…Who would eat a burger without French fries though.

The restaurant confirmed my DoorDash order and then told my dasher that someone already picked up my order. They then had my dasher wait for the order to be remade but they never made it. Over an hour after ordering, DoorDash had to cancel my order because the staff ultimately refused to fix the fact that they gave my order away to the wrong person.
