Was told about this spot by my nail salon. I walked in and was instantly greeted. Philip was behind the counter and had awesome customer service skills. He was polite, hospitable, and very friendly.

The cashier had a very bad attitude. Worst service I have had in a long time. She answered our questions with snide remarks. We waited at least 30 minutes for our two meals. When my friend approached the counter to ask about our food, the cashier just looked at her and said that she would bring the food out when she was done making daquaries. So, after she made two daquaries and took another persons order, it was finally convenient for her to go get our food. The food was edible at best. I ordered the way overpriced chicken wings, over breaded and no flavor. The crawfish tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. It was hard and nothing but breading. Their cornbread could be used as a weapon. I normally only post comments to give positive feedback, had the service been tolerable I would have only shared my comments with those at the table. The service and food was so bad that I wanted to warn others. I am big on supporting local minority owned businesses, but I will never return and would discourage people from going. I uploaded a picture of the rock hard cornbread. We broke it open to see why it was so hard. This is what we saw.

Customer service is always pleasant with a smile. The food is always on point. The chicken and fries were well seasoned and hot. This was my first time getting the praline bar. The sweetness really hit the spot. I should have gotten one to go.

The atmosphere is much better than the Grand prairie location. The crowd is a little more older and a bit more reserved. I do think the Grand prairie location’s food is a little better, but I will be driving past Grand Prairie to come here going forward.

Great place! The fish was the best fish I’ve had in a long time! And that Bob Marley Daiquiri was good and strong! It wasn’t too sweet, the alcohol balanced it out!

I LOVE this place. We are New Orleans transplants and getting a daiquiri gallon to go feels like home. The flavors are delicious and the service has always been wonderful

This place uses clear plastic cups which allows your daiquiri to turn into liquid in 5 minutes. The original shop used Styrofoam to help maintain the quality of the drink. Food is frozen processed products. The atmosphere is for a younger people.
